Airplanes that work! Well financed and Canadian attention to perfection. Personal feeling is they should expand the otter (single turbine) over the twin otter but it's just an opinion! Their next expansion should be in to doing PBY or Catalina aircraft with Turbines and 13 hour range or water bombing as the CL415 has no Big competitor.

I have been using this location of Island Ink-Jet for years. Their service is excellent and the ink refills save me easily 50% on printer ink.

I had a shipment coming in from Vancouver this morning, WestJet Cargo made a mistake and sent my shipment to the wrong city. I asked them to courier the package to my house once it arrives in Calgary as this WestJet mistake, as this would be the correct thing to do, they wanted to charge me $105 as they feel they are not in the wrong because they are redirecting it back to Calgary on the same day! The lady I spoke to was getting mad and gave me attitude because I was refusing to pay for their mistake! Solid customer service!

Laid off with no notice. There is favourtism. Rules apply to some and the rest can do and get whatever they want. It's just like high school kids games. Enjoy it while u have it. Because they will pull the rug out from under u.

Took a brand new winter work jacket in to have name tag put on and washed. Was given an old jacket wrong size when I went back and they would not do anything about it. Confirmed with employer this was not jacket given to me. They stole my jacket. Will never take anything to this place in my life.
