Amazing school, excellent teachers and staff, the support we received was above and beyond!! If kindergarten were available my daughter would have stayed another year :)

I have been involved in the life of RTCS for many years. I attended there from KN to 8th grade and all 3 of my children all currently attend. I am so thankful for teachers who are committed to caring for each student's needs both academically and spiritually. I am thankful that they strive to help each child develop a love of learning and that the focus is not on testing.

Keystone Montessori has made such a positive difference in my 4yo son. He started out in daycare at Bright Horizons on the Golden Mile, which is fabulous from a care and education standpoint, but my needs changed and I was looking for a part-time preschool. The Montessori approach made such a difference, especially in strengthening fine motor skills (he went from no dominant hand and fist-holding pencils to near-perfect pencil grip) and pushing my very dependent little boy to be much more independent (from refusing to dress himself to serving ME breakfast) in just a few months time. Bringing the Montessori approach into our home has also improved behavior (e.g. using the peace rose to resolve conflicts and sparkle tree to recognize good deeds like sharing and helping with others) and enhanced at-home independent play and learning (e.g. setting up "works" for him to do at home, and he is always begging for more!). I think there are some kids who will benefit from Montessori more than others, but the approach is definitely a good one for all kids. And Keystone also brings a beautiful facility, the best learning tools, and wonderful teachers that create a great environment for kids. My son loved it so much that I changed from half-day to full-day after just a few months. I couldn't be happier with the choice to send him to Keystone.

New Morning has the best teachers. The credentials of the teachers are surprisingly impressive. I have been able to be in class as a parent and witness great engagement and teachings from pre-school to middle school. The school possesses fairness, that encompasses my children with a sense of security. Giving them the opportunity to become independent thinkers. If you are looking for a great school look no further than New Morning School.

They are good neighbors. The children are well behaved. The staff are a part of the community. I like having this school in the neighborhood because it is a calming influence.

Gerria Blair is a weak parent.

Best kept secret in Monroeville. Administration is very dedicated and hard working....teachers are very attentive and great educators. Class size is small, so children get a lot of personal attention. Tuition is competitive and reasonable - it's worth every penny. Great launching school for higher education. Safe, zero-tolerance for bullying and nonsense. National testing is always above average. Highly recommended.
