Private Schools

My son is attending PK2 this year and loves it. The teachers here truly care and it shows. There is a lesson plan set for everyday which is posted in class. It is very easy to keep track of what is happening every week.

A private Catholic school, and public church. I have had several customers who have kids going there. It's a competitive school with sports especially football. Church is beautiful.

Ventura County Christian school is an amazing school. I have sent all of my children to this school. They have received an amazing education, also the friends they have made here have become life long friends. You go take a tour yourself, you will see and feel the difference for yourself.

My wife and I enrolled our three children in the Goldenwest Montessori School and it was the best decision we ever made. The staff exposed our kids to an educational model unmatched by public schools. They were always so friendly and patient with our kids and others. They took special care to specialize their instruction to meet our kids' different needs. After a couple of years at Goldenwest Montessori, our kids were well ahead of the learning curve when they entered the public school system in the 3rd grade.

My husband and I went back and forth trying to decide which school to send our 5-year old to. Mountain House has reputable schools around us not to mention that it's just walking distance from our house. In the end, our goal of making sure he gets a Christ-centered, quality education made us go to Tracy SDA. This school has been a blessing to us. I liked the small student to teacher ratio (12:1). My son is one of the 5 First Graders and is getting individualized attention. His progress is closely monitored and he can grow at his own pace. Art, music, health, fitness and technology are part of their curriculum. Bible and Worship is also integral. I love it every time my son learns his memory verses and comes home singing worship songs in the car. My son loves his school, teacher and classmates. All the students I've interacted with are sweet, gentle and kind. It gives me the peace of mind that my son is always in good company. They all help and take care of each other. Over all, sending our son to Tracy SDA has been the best decision we've made for our son.

I absolutely love this school! My son has been homeschooled, but then my husband & I decided that he needed a more social atmosphere. We knew that private school was the way for our son, but wasn't sure which one. After doing some research, praying, & just simply trusting our gut we decided on St. Bernard's. This was the best decision for our son. His class only has 14 students, which is perfect for an only child homeschooled kid! He gets the attention he needs & the praise he deserves. The children are very respectful & welcoming. They embraced him with open arms. His teacher is great. She is so sweet & warm to the students. She's well attentive & inclusive. She truly cares about the well being of her students, totally willing to do what's needed for each individual student. I am so grateful for Mrs Johnson. The staff are wonderful as well. They are very attentive and informative on what is going on at the school. They make u feel comfortable & significant. Overall I just love that not only is your child getting a fantastic education, but they're also becoming a remarkable well rounded individual.

My child had an excellent education and the school culture fosters great morals, even for non Christians. Such a different atmosphere from the public schools he attended. We brought him to Neighborhood at the critical time for most 6th, 7th, & 8th graders. He felt he was well prepared for high school.The teachers there are all credentialed, but are there because they want to be positively impact the lives of children in a way that is often hard to do working in public schools.
