Glenn is always professional, respectful, organized and up to date on the intricacies of the real estate market as well as being very well connected here in the Comox Valley and Vancouver Island. My home sold very quickly, stress-free and I know I saved money due to Glenn's keen eye for knowing what today's buyer wants.

Had a very rude experience with Kelly! Prior to us moving in to our rental, not a thing was cleaned or done for us. Yet we did everything on our move out check list. Cleaned even beyond what was done for us. Yet she charged us a cleaning fee. When I asked what wasnt cleaned to her standard she couldn't even tell me what wasnt done! The place to me, for moving out was spotless. We scrubbed and mopped the place out. Not a very big place at that. Just very disappointed that something they are charging me for cant be explained why it was needed. And to top it off she had the nerve to be so disrespectful the entire conversation and hang up!!! Glad to never have to deal with their horrible attitudes again. I wouldn't write this but every time it came to an issue with something at the house the same rude attitude always came along with it.

Poor service from property management. No support on the weekends. Val is condescending and rude.

Absolutely amazing on every level,just can't say enough about the place. In a word "spectacular" and very reasonably priced.
