It was a great pleasure to work with Fred. Fred is truly passionate about real estate and helping people. He is very knowledgeable about the market. He shared a lot of good insight about the neighborhood and the building. He is very patient and takes time to educate me. He doesn't push me into making quick decisions or jump on any property I saw. He provides me with insightful analysis, pros and cons for me to make rational decisions. I have learnt a lot about the condo market in the past 8 months.
