Really weird experience at this Real Estate office. Had an appointment to see an agent, arrived early and another agent tried to convince me not to use the agent that I had come to see, but to use him instead. It got weirder when I found out this was the owner of the office. I didn't trust him and no purchase was done. The original agent I came to see lost out as well, I still think he was a nice guy, but the owner put me off. I couldn't leave fast enough!

Keller Williams assigned Victoria Zhu as my realtor. Victoria is the first realtor I've used, helping me find my new condo in Port Coquitlam. Being a first-time home buyer is quite an overwhelming, exciting, scary thing! She was very professional, patient and encouraging throughout the entire process. We looked at many places and she was always able to accommodate mine and my husband's schedules. She was present during the home inspection and made helpful comments and suggestions before we made the biggest purchase of our lives. Victoria is great, as is the rest of the team at Keller Williams.

Coldwell Banker has been around since 1906 and is represented in over 40 countries. That alone impresses me about the company. They are also in the top 10 with regards to real estate professional training.

Jeff Parlee successfully helped me find my current condo with no glitches and helped negotiate the listing price and get me the best deal he could. A near flawless experience. The only down side is that the listing had 2 parking stalls listed and I bought it thinking I OWNED two stalls. Upon reading the Form B before and after purchasing it slipped by both of us that the stalls were common property and not limited common property. Luckily the strata is very easy going and I was able to use 2 stalls, I just cannot sell with 2 stalls. All in all Jeff convinced me to buy here when Incas very hesitant and it was my best investment yet. There were no other hiccups in this transition. He will work with you after you sign their agreement, which may seem pushy but he clearly states at the time you can cancel that commitment at any time. I will be recommending him and this remax to family and friends.

Steven recently helped us sell our home. Having worked with several other realtors in the past, we have a basis for comparison and can say that Steven is not just better, but a clear head and shoulders above the rest in terms of his professionalism and attention to all details, from his careful analysis of the market and surrounding neighborhoods, to how we stage and present our home.
