Real Estate Agent

Beware of Wendy Yang and Colin Yuan aka New Coast realty

My agent, Elton shield went above and beyond. First, he was professionally dressed and well versed in his craft. I can count on him to give me an honest opnion about all the units we viewed. Elton did not rush us into buying but instead encouraged us to continue looking until we were satisfied. We weren’t just a client he is trying to close and move on. He was always on time... and also insisted on driving us to all our showings. Elton is a multi-tasker who spends the time to get to know his clients inside and out ... plus can give a good pep talk. Elton is a licenced rental manager too so if I ever need to rent out my apartment I wouldn’t hesistate to seek his services. You wouldn’t be disappointed with Elton!!!!

I recently bought a condo on the island thanks to Lucas and his optimism!! It ended up not being an easy property to purchase, and I had a few people (other realtors) tell me that I would never get it. I found that even after referring me to a local agent to make the offer, Lucas was supportive, was available to answer all of my questions, get back to me, translate the terms of my counter offer and subjects, and give me information that I was thinking about asking. I would 100% work with him again, and recommend him to anyone who is a first time buyer and especially if your used to today’s fast paced communication and like to know what’s going on. I don’t think that I would own this place today if he hadn’t gone for it for me!

Mariko and Radner are by far the most professional and pleasant people I've had the chance of working with. They went above and beyond with pretty much every detail when it came to selling my property. They are always punctual when we needed to meet, and explained every detail of the process. They also managed to sell my property for far more than I have ever anticipated! These guys know their stuff! If you have any real estate related questions, or are looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend this team. They will not disappoint! I'd give 10 stars if I could :)

As I was relocating from Vancouver island, Brittany worked efficiently to find me a condo in Port Moody. When it came to purchase, with nine other offers, Wayne was there as a pro to help me secure a place that I call home and love it! It's very hard to find a team that works so well for its clients. I hope I won't move again in a near future, but would use Team Wayne Dick again!

Jeremy succeeded in proving to my wife and I that when it comes to buying a house, a realtor is critical. He did his research on each place we visited and knew what to look for. The information he found for us influenced our decision making in ways we hadn't anticipated at the outset of our search. Jeremy also proved to be honest with us and the sellers we engaged, which was important to us.

Lili and Lisa do an excellent job. I can always rely on them when needed to get the job done. :) Thanks ladies!

I think driving around a car that you know is only there temporarily and you can see why they are blocking traffic ... is not that big a deal ... you created a negative situation where one was not needed. Neither of you acted in a nature manner!

Thank you so much for helping me to buy my first apartment. I really appreciate your fast response and negotiation skill made every process so smooth. You saved lots my time. Especially you found such a lovely place within my budget, I totally recommend you to all my friends. Thank you:)

#1 Brokerage in North Vancouver.

Sara helped my parents purchase a condo in North Vancouver. Even though they don’t live in Vancouver, Sara made the whole process super easy for them. She was very organized and had the whole day planned for them to see properties that matched their need. Sara is very familiar with the city and very knowledgeable. I would recommend Sara to all my family and friends. She is extremely patient and will help you find your dream home. Thank you Sara for everything. My parents are really happy with their home.
