I had a meeting with Peter to talk about investment properties in Cobourg. Not only is Peter very familiar with the requirements of investment properties and the needs of real estate investors, but he has had personal experience in the field. In addition he has worked with different investors in the past, unlike some agents who may focus mainly or exclusively on residential clients. Peter was able to advise me on the types of properties available, the rental market, the availability of multi-unit residential buildings and commercial properties too. I was impressed with his knowledge, patience and energy. I will be sitting down with Peter again in the future.

We entered the market (with a different realtor) right at the end of the near-dream-conditions of spring 2017 here in Northumberland, only to have our house sit with lots of showings but no offers as the market tanked.
