Real Estate Agent

I just bought my first condo with the help of Matt and will 100% hire him again for my next sell/move. He is such a hard worker. When my dream condo sold, he went above and beyond to ask around if anyone else in the building was willing to sell; I am now moving into a different suite in the same building! He is such a personable guy and made the home buying experience very enjoyable and easy, especially for someone who did not know what she was doing. He was so flexible and maintained impeccable communication with me throughout the whole process. As an RN working various shifts, he was always open to touching base at the times most convienient for me. He truly went the extra mile for me. I have already recommended him to a few friends who are house hunting and I will continue to do so!

I have used Dwayne`s service twice now. Once selling a home and recently purchasing a home. Both times my experience was beyond my expectations. In my recent purchase of a retirement condo Dwayne went above and beyond in ensuring I found the right place and avoided the many potential pitfalls in buying a condo. He walked me through the process from beginning to end ensuring everything went smoothly. I highly recommend him to anyone whether selling or purchasing a property.

Kerrie is awesome! She did a wonderful job of managing my expectations and managementing the the offers that came in. If you need a knowledgeable, organized, focused broker she is your girl!

Mahmoud was referred to me by a coworker and I told him what I was looking for and he sent me listings and explained all the details and what to look for on a daily basis. He was extremely patient and never put any pressure on me. Even after the sale was complete he was still contacting me to see if I needed help with anything else. Would absolutely recommend him!

Great realtor to work with and he knows his stuff. Give Amiraj a call if you need a realtor that works for you.

Consummate professionals.
