Real Estate Agent

From the first moment I started working with Jordan at this brokerage I found that I actually mattered as a client in comparison to other places. Thank you so much for helping us find out perfect home.

I lived in 10th st East more than 5 years and it was great .Thanks Trevor Hannah

This team is professional and a great group to work with They know their market in and out and are always looking out for their clients best interest. Will continue to use them for all our real estate needs and would highly recommend you do the same!

Slade helped me get top dollar for my condo and found a great property with tons of potential which was exactly what I was looking for. He is professional and passionate about Real Estate and the City of Saskatoon!

Slade is great, he supported us through the entire way. Always steady and level headed, allowed us to make informed decisions based on the market data. The amount of work he did for us makes me really happy to have Slade in our corner.

TERRIBLE,DEALT WITH KENDRA RODYCH , VERY LITTLE EXPERIENCE ( 8 MONTHS IN THE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS) , NO KNOWLEDGE OF THE REAL ESTATE MARKET ,BAD ADVICE, KEEPS YOU IN THE DARK WITH THE WHOLE SALES PROCESS, FELT LIKE WE WERE BOTHERING HER MOST TIMES, DOES NOT EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO HER CLIENTS, MONEY HUNGRY $$ -BORN WITH A SILVER SPOON IN HER MOUTH-STAY CLEAR OF COLDWELL AND KENDRA RODYCH IN SASKATOON-ENJOY YOUR MONEY KENDRA-YES I AGREE WITH THE STRESS COMMENT BELOW BY JOHN ( THE OWNER) -ESPECIALLY WHEN THINGS ARE BROUGHT TO YOUR ATTENTION AND YOU DO NOTHING TO HELP A COLDWELL CLIENT-YOU KNEW EXACTLY WHAT KENDRA WAS DOING WAS WRONG AND YOU DID NOTHING ABOUT IT -YES WE DID HAVE A $15 000 NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE

The best agent to work with. Very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and patient. We received a lot of great advises from him as first time home buyers. Thank you so much Sean!!!

Clark is a fantastic and professional realtor. We are first time home buyers and he took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a home, and found us some great properties to look at. He was very accommodating with our work schedules, and offered his expertise on the qualities that were good and not-so-good in the homes he took us to see. I would highly recommend using Clark as a realtor to anyone buying or selling a home.

I have been referring all my clients that move to the Saskatoon area to Cam and his team, they are professional, hard working and will get you into your dream home. If you are looking to move to the Saskatoon area, make sure you call the area specialist . . . Call Cam !!

Worst person you could possibly deal with. She has serious issues. All over the map. Run the other way....
