Real Estate Agent

Scott was amazing through the whole process of helping us find a home, from being flexible for viewings, to providing recommendations in inspectors and lawyer, to just being patient with our indecisiveness. He knows the market and is very informative to help I never felt pressured and he was upfront and honest when he thought a house wasn't suitable for our needs. Very personable nice guy! Thanks Scott!

It's okay I guess it's livable

I recently got the keys to my condo at Astoria and I am thrilled. This condo reflects GDPs quality work in every possible way. The dark wood floors are beautiful, and having walk in closets in both rooms is a huge bonus. The kitchen is something I've dreamed about for a long time but didn't think was possible for my first home, I love it! A special thanks to Jason, the site manager for the project. He's been extremely helpful from the start and his willingness to go above and beyond doesn't go unnoticed ! Thanks GDP for the quality work and all of your support through the the buying process.

I have worked with this company for over 10 years for their expertise and management of a property I am an investor in. Bev Cantin and her team do a great job!!!

We just recently had Brandon at Black Dog Republic as our real estate agent for the first time, and we are truly grateful! Black Dog Republic offers a service that is more than expected with quick communication, and ample competence and confidence. You don't feel like you are being manipulated by a salesperson but that you are in a real relationship and Brandon has your best interest at heart. Brandon is very knowledgeable about Saskatoon's real estate market and if he feels he doesn't know something, he is quick to say so and that he will look to find it out. It feels like he is giving you the type of advice that he would be using personally to make decisions for the best possible scenario for him and his family. Thanks Brandon, we enjoyed our time with you and would refer you in a heartbeat!

Bill and Hillary at Progressive Property have been managing my properties since they began. I'm very comfortable with their management.

Marj is the BEST! We love our home.

Bryanna Ingram helped us buy our home earlier this year and she was fantastic. We came in not knowing where exactly we wanted to live but she was so patient as we narrowed down our search. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, very reliable, hard working and genuinely cares about the people she works with. We would definitely recommend her and her team to anyone looking for a home.

Grateful to Wendy and Thomas for the long professional hours, knowledgeable patience and especially their human kindness. Family/friends experienced a short, memorable and learning transformation!
