Real Estate Agent

We have learned a ton from Terence, about real estate in general and about Whitehorse real estate specifically. We would not hesitate to highly recommend Terence should we have any clients moving up that direction.

April 7, 2013 “I have gotten a very great deal on a large house in Riverdale from dealing with AJ. I am fortunate to have dealt with him. The best thing you will notice with AJ is simply how genuinely honest he is and that he wants to help you. Thank you AJ! Cheers” – Odin Verhees January 16, 2013 “We are more than happy to recommend you as someone with a relaxed and cheerful attitude who listens well and doesn’t pressure buyers, and who sets up viewings promptly and efficiently. We hope the experience you had with us helps you in the future as well.” – Marianne Gregoire and Rob Pelletier January 16, 2013 “This is my personal recommendation for my real estate agent, A.J. Malcolm. Being a first time home buyer I was apprehensive, but AJ made the process surprisingly easy and efficient. A.J. demonstrated great care and attention during my search for a new home and went over and above my expectations. He was consistently helpful, available and punctual. The effort A.J. put into my house search was impressive. A.J. really listened to my requests, his research and ideas were exemplary. I feel he was truly dedicated to finding a home that suited my needs and desires. I highly recommend A.J. Malcolm as an agent. Yours truly, Robert Pharand”

Excellent food and service. Adequate prices. Will definitely come back.

Paragon Real Estate Group is an amazing place to work. Having worked in other real estate offices in the past, I can attest to this company's high standards and professionalism. It is truly a pleasure to work in such a collaborative and positive environment.

Steven Lewis sold our Pueblo West home in 2 Weeks!! We couldn't have been happier with his knowledge and service. He is a man of integrity and his optimism is infectious! Steve is our agent of choice for our next transaction.

My wife and I had a very challenging task for Brad from Flinchbaugh & Assocaites to accomplish; we needed a real estate professional who could research and view properties to provide honest, factual feedback for clients who were located halfway around the world. Since we were unable to view any property in person prior making an offer it was critical for us to find and work with someone who was highly experienced with property sales and understood the current housing market and trend in our area of interest. While online resources were great at assisting us in helping him search properties for us they are no substitute for having on-site feedback. Brad went above and beyond traveling to each property we presented him that we would like to do an "in-person" (in our case video streaming) tour. He video streamed his walkthrough of each property so that we could see and ask questions as we toured the property. Another hurdle was coordinating time; because of our location we were 14 hours ahead. Brad always made himself available to help us in in every step of the process, this definitely showcased his customer centric attitude. I would without reservation recommend Brad (and Flinchbaugh & Associates) to anyone that is looking for a professional to assist in their real estate purchase. I do not believe that we could have comfortably purchased our home while being halfway around the world without his expertise

This is the most HORRIBLE leasing company ever. I don’t even care to go into major details, they aren’t worth it. All the 1 star reviews are telling the truth. Nasty, unprofessional staff, dirty home, broken appliances that take forever to get fixed. They don’t care about their tenants, it’s all about money to them.

I run a small nonprofit that provides support to heart patients and I recently (Dec '16) moved our office to KIN Spaces. I am so happy I did! The space is warm and inviting, very clean and welcoming. Everyone that visits comments on the common area as the windows and the wood are very pretty. The founders and everyone that works here are extremely nice and open to ideas and feedback. I highly recommend the space if you are looking for a new office!

As a fellow licensed realtor in Texas I had the privilege of working with Jason Randall and his team on a transaction. The process was smooth and went to closing without any hiccups. I highly recommend Jason for any of your real estate needs.
