Real Estate Agent

"Hands" down the best commercial title company here in Clearwater FL. I was in a rush and Pat Hand was there to save me. Ill be using his title services for my residential properties as well. I think the personalized part of the service is what I liked the most. Great job answering my requests in a timely matter Pat - much appreciated.

Great Realtor, helped me purchase my 1st home with ease. He will go the extra mile to help you make your dream a reality. Great service in all.

I have lived near Westhaven Trailer Park since it was first started by Charlie Holland in the early 1960's Russell Fahl bought the court and continued to hold it's integrity in the area. It was once the nicest court in the county. Since Mr. Fahl passed away and Westhaven now has new owners the court has become trashy and run down. It has not been kept up I was told the new owners live out of state and are simply draining income from the property. When the Fahl's owned the court any mobile home had to be painted within ten years or be moved, trash outside was not permitted. Weeds, trash abound, it'ssad to see it being allowed to run down.

I contacted Jordan Real Estate late in the season and they were able to help me get a rental for my chosen dates. The house was perfect for our needs and the agent, Barbara, sent a selection that matched exactly what we were looking for and within our price range and location. The communication and attention we received from Barbara at Jordan Real Estate was excellent. Would definitely recommend using their services.

Horrific. Moved my elderly mother here over a year ago. We shortly found out that the complex was not at all how it seemed. Management is rude, there is auto theft, loud music from neighboring apartments, teenagers that hang out in the breezeway, trash everywhere. Even the dynamic of the neighborhood has changed. The gates NEVER WORK, so God forbid if you wanted privacy. I’m not sure if they have started accepting section 8 or what, but this complex is quickly declining by the day. Oh yeah, let’s not forget roof leaks and mold. We advised management about this and the leak was fixed after 3 weeks, but the mold and discolored ceiling remains. We are forced to move as a result. Management WILL NOT release us from this lease without penalty. Mover beware.

Diane, I want to thank you and your team for doing an excellent job with the sale of my home in Keller. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I was especially grateful for how generous you were with your time. Regardless of the time -- day, night, or weekend -- you made yourself available to answer my questions and walk me through the process. I would happily refer my family and friends to you! Great job!

San Diego Professional Property Managers are AMAZING!! I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone I know! I called Howard to get his professional opinion on a property and he was so kind and went above and beyond for me. With 42 years of experience, he really knows what he is doing. They really care about you! Thank you so much Howard!

I have found the property manager at Arrow Realty and Management, Kayla Ramirez and her assistant Heather Horton to be excellent. They are professional, knowledgeable, curious and do what they say they will do. Arrow manages a number of properties for me and my family and I have found the management staff to be excellent. I strongly recommend Kayla and Heather as property managers. These two are people you can trust and count on to take care of your property. Don Jones

Our Alabama Realty Contingency Law clause does not protect you but Rhonda was instrumental in getting my money back! I am very grateful for her perseverance.
