Real Estate Agent

We met with their broker of record in regards to a property we we looking for lease. Very friendly guy, and got us most of the details we needed in regards to the rental. We asked for a lease be drawn up for which we waited past the time specified that they needed. We contacted and left messages on many occasions to no reply. We find out that the owner of the property had some personal problems (which of course is unfortunate), however not even a simple communication of the delay. When we did finally get in contact with this agent, as we have waited close to a month for a response, we then get told the unit is already rented. This company doesn't appear to respect other peoples time and money apparently. The lack of professionalism with this company is amazing.
