We met Tom and Christie last April 2017 when we were looking for a home in St Catharines. We happened in on an Open House they were hosting on the street where we eventually purchased a house. This duo could not have done more for us. Firstly helping us with the purchase of this house after a bit of a search. Not once was there even a hint of frustration with us and we called and asked to see a few more properties. Once we purchased and moved in they were still available to answer questions about the city and where the "best" spots were for the basics like pizza and a great hairdresser. I now consider Tom and Christie friends!

Lisa it was a pleasure working with you. You have an outstanding work ethic and you get the job done. Sandra and I thank you for all the time you have put into finding us our first home. We are truly happy with our purchase and can't thank you enough you have made our experience as first time home buyers a breeze once again thank you

Terrible experience dealing with this Realty purchasing a house. I have dealt with Remax numerous times before in the past and it was never a headache selling or buying. I requested not to be pushed into a sale, not to be contacted during business hours and provided written specifications of what I was seeking. None were followed. There was no respect shown to me as Client and they never listened to my needs. They pushed me to learn their portal, and they didn't have a clue on how to use it. In the end I found the house myself and then they pushed me to take all subjects off without having financing secured. My suggestion is to visit other Remax locations and save yourself some pain.

Excellent experience from start to finish with Marel Real Estate. Specifically Heidi and Casey. The were very helpful in answering questions about things we needed to know, and showing us all of our options. We bought 4 years ago and the home has been a better investment that we could have ever hoped. They have been helpful with showing us our next options as well. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Terrence is the MOST selfish realtor i have ever come accross. He only cares for his commission I mean ONLY when I say this....He has absolutely NO ethics or regard for his profession and he is one of those realtors who give bad name to the commission based professionals in sales. We bought the house through him, he did not do any research for us and only showed the houses we mentioned, pushed us into buying the fourth house we saw, made us pay FULL PRICE in the dead niagara market few years ago, did not recommend inspection that we found later was an absolute necessity. His secretary Crystal is very effecient btw.... Looking back I only regret the decisions we made that were manipulated by a wrong person who was only focused on the money he was making through us. Lesson learnt, please find a realtor who has good ethics and moral values and cares for your money if not equally as he would care for his own but has regard for your hard earned money as well.
