Mr. Zavarella was a complete joy to deal with. This young man was clearly there to provide a quality service that goes over looked, yet is required. It was evident it wasn't about the amount of sold's, or bragging rights, he's in it for you. I had never dealt with remax before and it's not likely I'lld need another real estate agent in my life. I understand Michael is involved with many companies and has had major success with them however, he is not your typical realtor. Putting their business, their sales and their ego first. It's more than refreshing to see a genuine realtor that's without a doubt in a league of his own. A true cut above the rest. Definitely get in touch with him. Jerry

I was previously of the mindset that all realtors generally perform pretty much the same level of service and that if your house is staged well, it essentially sells itself. Our recent experience with Lindsay Gordon proved me very wrong! After a slow start and the challenge of a freak snow storm in April keeping people hibernating at home versus being out looking at homes, Lindsay really proved her worth and showed how much harder she works than any other agent I’ve had experience with through past home sales. She really went to bat for us and was able to get us competing offers, and we ultimately sold for just over our asking price! If you’re looking to sell (or buy), you honestly couldn’t be in better hands!

Lindsay Gordon is a great realtor. She did not pressure us for a listing, she gave us good advice, she protected our interests, she worked with us and others as a team, she was always willing to go out of her way for us, and her cheery smile (and hand holding 😀) kept me positive. She has such a good relationship with the stager that Kelly Kung fit in our staging with only one day's notice. Kelly really showed our property to advantage. Lindsay had a good offer the day after listing - and we accepted it! I'm glad Lindsay was our realtor. I bought a house in July using Tracy Phelan as my realtor.. Let me tell you she knows her stuff !!! with this crazy market it was hard to get a house with the multiple offers and prices going way over list . Tracy was honest with the price and the value of the house and would not let you over pay .She works fast. i went to an open house liked the house called her at 3 in the afternoon she made a phone call and found out they were taking offer that night at 7pm so she met me at 5pm we put in an offer and I got the house ..YAHOO ..if your looking to buy or selling ..She is the one to call hands down!!! hope this helps you all out there .Marlene

People should know that when residents and St. Catharines council expressed concerns to Nick Atalick's residential development approach, Nick's written response is "The residents have made a mistake if they think that they will dictate the course of this development," he wrote. "It's about to get very ugly and very expensive." Do you want to do business with someone that resorts to such Bullying tactics when he doesn't get his way? I know we will not consider his office when listing or purchasing a home in the future. There are much better ways to work with people to find solutions.

She worked for with us and was patient and calm going through everything. We appreciate everything she did for us. Having never worked with a realtor it was a great experience and will come back to her if needed. :)
