Back in July, we purchased a property and Mr Best was representing the seller. It was a bit of a headache to get responses for straightforward questions, and our experienced agent was faced to unnecessary challenges. We were acquiring our 4th property but this was definitely at the bottom when it comes to our experience during the buying process: emails from our agent ignored, many pending questions; stuck outside during an agreed visit before closing (no keys in the box...) just to name few. It was an uncooperative experience and I feel for first time buyers who have had to go through this.
