I have done a lot of DIY projects and renovations to our house in Uxbridge so when it was time to sell I didn't not want to pay a real estate agent big fees. My neighbour sold her house using PropertyGuys so we decided to give it a try. They are very helpful and provide all the paper work we needed and answered our questions when we called. They gave us a for sale sign to use and we sold for our asking price in 2 weeks. We saved a lot of money selling our house and found it easy to do. I would recommend them to anyone. Save your money and sell on your own.
