Do not eat here. My family has been eating here since they opened and time after time we ignored the poor customer service and quality control issues. They do not apologize for mistakes such as ROTTEN food, burnt food, wrong/missing items, smaller quanitites of food etc. Their prices have gone up and quality way down. They tell my mom she is wrong about her complaints? Today they would not look me in the eye or apologize when i explained to them about the old rotting batch of rice they gave me. They simply said do you want a new one or money? After years of loyal patronage this is how they treat us. The couple that owns this location have no idea what customer service is. The food isn't spectacular or worth the hassle and money anymore. Go to the new location near by!!!!

Today, I had my worst fried chicken called Pepper Chicken in this place. The chicken was bitter, sour, dry and chewy. I told the waiter that there is something wrong with the chicken and asked him to taste it. He is more interested to tell me that the pepper chicken looks good visually. I spoke to another person and he was also talking about the appearance of the chicken. These people clearly doesn't understand the difference between appearance of the chicken versus the taste of the chicken, which is two totally different things. They refused to take it back and i don't want to eat that chicken, but I ended up paying $10 for that bad pepper chicken. Don't understand the mindset of the people working there and the management. Is it like too bad you got a bad chicken, not our fault and but have to pay for it because you order it? Better luck next time? Business without morality. Hate Tangerine for its food and service!!!

When I first walked in, the service was great. I went to the bar to pick up my mobile order. It was there ready waiting on the counter. Then the frustrations began. I waited 5 minutes to pay for one order. When I finally got the machine to pay, the guy walked away and never came back for 15 minutes. He just went away. I asked someone else for help and she said he has to do it. Then she went to him (he resurfaced) and pointed to someone at a table who needed something and he went straight over. Then he came back to me after helping them. I am highly annoyed because what should have taken 5 minutes at the most took 20. Not only that but now I’m home and the portions are way smaller than they used to be. I am highly disappointed and upset with the experience I had today.

From the second we sat down to the final spoon of dessert the service was amazing. Our server was just delightful and the food was mouth watering with their savory veal and scrumptious pasta. To top it off was the sweet and tasty creme brulee. All in all a awesome experience.

A small location on Yonge, good simple food like Shawarma that comes in two sizes, small or big pita. The amount of meat in the two sizes is not all that different hence the small price difference. Food like Falafel is on the cheap side compared to other restaurants but they are smaller. A few tables todit but best for take out. The management changed not that long ago from this review but food quality seems the same.

I frequent the Walmart where this McD's is located (inside the store). At times the service, quality of food, cleanliness and staff can be good BUT at other times the place looks like a pig sty (garbage bins full, dirty tables, food on the floor, etc.), it's understaffed (longer times to get served) and the quality of food product is mediocre.

Only had good experiences. They are open late and did not rush us out. Food is always good. I dont think they should count their times out when we are still eating but that's ok. It's also clean.

I got the red curry. It was delicious and very filling. Our server was always available and very nice. I would recommend the red curry if you like a little spice. Yum yum

Went here for dinner with family, decent Chinese food and affordable prices! Check out their set dinner menus, they have their popular items on their dinner for 4 for less than $60. Good for groups, and families too! Highly recommend their Peking Duck dinner and lobsters! It’s cash only!

Crab curry with roti was delicious and pricey as expected. Bill for six people tallied at about $385, so it compares to a fillet mignon at The Keg. The restaurant was packed on Saturday evening and the tables were too close for a medium sized restaurant. Initially, the waiter didn't supply us with shell-crackers as they were all in use. The traffic flow around the centre of the establishment meant you should be prepared for a forceful nudge as people sauntered about between smoking and bathroom breaks. Only person at our table that didn't enjoy the meal wasn't a seafood fan to begin with.

Just had my kids communion and confirmation party here. Everything was above and beyond. Excellent work to all the staff at Piatto Vecchia. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for the excellent service and FOOD! Jeanette and John Longo

I've been here at least a dozen times and the food has always been first-rate quality for a reasonable price. While not distinguished by the decor, the service is good and the menu extensive. My favorite Chinese restaurant in the GTA.

Still the best hand roll in the city. Fair price for traditional sushi/sashimi from authentic Japanese chef! Love it since 90's.

Food is okay, but I've tried twice to order for team lunch at work and they are not open according to the hours posted here on Google. I even tried waiting until past 12:15PM, but no luck both times. Unreliable.

Clean and polite cashier and helper! However she was out of honeyout 9 grains 😔

The staff is super friendly and y order was made not and fresh and fast as they could. It was really busy and I still left happy and well fed. I highly recommend this location.

Great food and service. The new menu is really nice and simple. Grilled calamari dinner has to be best in the city. A must try!

The place has an good reputation for Peking duck. I would agree. Good layout, the place does not feel cramped. Plenty of parking. It's a resto I would revisit.
