Win: staff were very nice and food is ok. Basic menu with some vegetarian options. Price average and if staying at hotel it is convenient
Opportunity: it feels like you are eating at an old nursing home. From the carpet flooring to dim lighting and tables that you would see in a nursing home. It also is not busy and awkward feeling. No music and overall just a bit strange. Really needs to be updated actually completely renovated.

WE were flying early out of Pearson and stayed at a hotel very near the terminal. The menu at our hotel didn't excite us so we explored other locations nearby on Airport Road. We had never tried this restaurant but decided to give it a go. When we approached the door we saw that we were 30 minutes in advance of their posted hours for dinner but as we were leaving, a person in the parking lot told us that they had recently started to open early for happy hour in the bar.
In the end, we ate at the bar. It was not busy and we received great service. Thank you, Amanda! We have no complaints about the food and intend to return again. We have even talked about staying at the Holiday inn that is adjacent to the restaurant.

I was on my way to PIA and dropping of family at the airport. Knowing the traffic was going to be heavy on the return trip we thought to enjoy a nice breakfast at the airport and relax. So we saw a Perkins restaurant near PIA. We have been to this chain while travelling in the USA but never in Toronto. We selected from the breakfast menu. The food was hot fast and the coffee was delicious. We had our own pot. The food was that good. We both left very satisfied. The thing which I loved the most was our waitress was so professional and made us feel at home. The price was incredible. So affordable. I gave her a great tip. You have to access a paid parking area to enter this resyaurant. The Perkins staff stamp your ticket and when you exit no charge for parking. What a great place. It made my day.

Good burger full of flavors, fairly small though in size. The poutine we ordered though was delicious, so full of cheese and gravy and was a good size, I would recommend sharing the fries. Bottle of water was like 3$ but it’s the airport so what can you do.
