Out of Pepsi. Served kids way too early before adult meals leaving them bored waiting for adults. A bit pricey for the style of food. Pleasant staff that kept out drinks full. Waiter made helpful suggestions on menu items.

Always quick service and the employees are nice. Ive never had any issues with them when I'm ordering to go or inside the store. Not a ton of seating inside, but I've also never had any issues finding seats. Usually not many people who walk in.

Awesome staff! Awesome food! Awesome atmosphere! Awesome everything! You wouldn't know you were eating vegan with their meatless burgers and chicken.

The skinny guy that works every weekend 2pm-9pm is GREAT!. Definitely coming back to this subway.

Went at 10:30 Friday night, it took 10 minutes to place my order and 30 minutes to get it, a carry out. But food was good and the we're under staffed for the business they had

Probably the best hamburger that I have had in Phoenix. I also got to say that their fries are pretty darn good too. I would recommend this place.

I like fast food but this was one of the worst Jack in the boxes I've ever been to or service that information just generally don't care about their customers

The food and customer service is seriously like something out of the family kitchen. It's just that perfect. I loved the meatloaf and steak. It's just to die for! The waitress I had twice now has been fabulous and very patient with my then pregnant friend. I recommend this place to everyone.

Great food and service! A salsa bar to go with the complementary chips - what a great idea! I recommend the creamy jalapeno. The restaurant is a converted house and the tables can be arranged for groups.

We've been going here for many years. I suggest sitting in Lourdes's section. She is wonderful and has always made our visit a great experience. Quality of food is excellent and even when the place is jam-packed the food arrives within a timely manner. One thing interesting is we see the manager on the floor all the time. He talks to people, busses tables, helps with serving food and helps keep the place looking clean. That's unusual these days.. a lot of managers think that's beneath them. This guy shows not only how to be a team member but exercises it as well.

Excellent service and décor. If you find the right food prices and drinks for 2-4 people, you will always have a great time there. They even let you pick out great classic songs on their jukebox for a couple of bucks.

One of the best locations I have visited. Made-to-order burgers are fresh and delicious. Fries are thick and salty like I like them. Love the soda machine with many add-ons available.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had in almost 19 years. We got a table our sever came took our order, about 10 minutes later she brought us our drinks. At least 3 other tables came after us and they got a table placed their order and even got their food while we were still waiting for our food. The manager asked at least 3 other tables around ours how everything was but didn’t even bother to ask my table. Our sever brought food but it was for the wrong table it was for one of the tables that got there 15 after we did. After close to an hour and no food yet in our tables We left... the manager asked how everything was we explained the situation and she asked the server in front of us and the server then said that our ticket never came trough, the manager then yelled at her in front of us. I can see why our server wasn’t doing her best, especially when the manager is isn’t doing a good job herself.

Great location if you are in a hurry. The line never seems to be too long and there is plenty of near by parking. They have a large amount of seating including a nice patio. The employees are nice and seem to be on top of things. I haven't had an issue at this location.

First time, the place was very busy but service was fast and food was fresh. The chicken was very good. Great tasting breading and juicy and tender inside.

Excellent delicious Somali Food

Very nice kind friendly young lady that works at night kristina I believe her name is. I only drive out mine and my familys way to come to this Subway to see her very good best subway she makes sure everyone in the store has a smile on there face and if you don't by the time you leave you will 😄just Hurd they moved her to 16th street Thomas sooosooo happy I will be comeing even more me and my family live right down the street

What can I say, it's a typical jack in the box squeezed in a tiny lot. The drive through looked so small, I decided to park and go in... not what I typically do. The service was exceptional. I even left there saying, thank you great service man! Also, the restaurant is near a freeway and it seems there may not be easy access but it's easy in and out.

My favorite is the Fiesta pack. I do green sauce on my burritos and upgrade my classic beef tacos to chicken soft tacos. It comes out to $13.35 which is a great price to fill a family up.
