I've eaten at Portillos in Chicago, so I went to try this location out when I was visiting my parents from Dallas. When we got there at 30, the doors were locked an all the employees were standing inside. After knocking on the door the manager informed us the lost power and they went reopen until 8 or so (1 hr before closing). This was my birthday dinner and the only chance I had of eating here, so I waited. When they finally opened at around 8 they were very welcoming and didn't seem to mind that we waited. The food is OK, it's not Whataburger, but it was decent. I didn't like the Italian Beef, was not impressed, but the Hot Dogs were good. Shake and the cake was good. Overall I was satisfied and full after my meal.

The location is kind of hidden off the main street surrounded by other buildings so you can drive by this location and not see it unless you're really looking for it and you know where it's at. I went there to try the new naked Chicken Chalupa combo which I ordered and received relatively quickly so the service is fast the price for the combo was seven bucks to 8 bucks I really don't recall but it really wasn't that great of a value. As far as the naked Chicken Chalupa go I was really interested in trying that to see what it was like and when I bit into it I was expecting a taco at least the crunch of a taco but it wasn't there it was a piece of chicken so it took my brain a little while to understand what was going on and enjoy the sensations and flavors that were there. I rented it for Starz because of the service and the food wasn't bad but it's not really a value fast food is not as cheap as it used to be. I will just wait for the next Taco Bell creation and try that hopefully they bring back the Enchirito. That was a pretty good value and not a bad copy of an enchilada.

We go here a lot. The food is good and the people who work here treat you nice. It’s a relaxing place. Make sure to sign up for their emails, you get good discounts that way.

I'm hooked on their food in the past I would never eat here until my my mom brought it home and now I cant stop really good chicken

The food was good the surface was okay the only problem I had with it was the menu everything was Alucard but you could get a combo just by paying extra money. I get the idea behind it as far as offering more different combinations with a combo but it was very confusing

An employee Scott P referred me to this restaurant and I was very pleased with my experience here ! It was exultant food as awesome customer service ! Lots of options on the menue and plenty of drink options. The dining area was very clean with Tv's for entertainment and pleasant music. Along with that was a very clean bathroom. And very happy employees. 5 star review hands down.

Great food, love there salsa bar and fond memories

STAY AWAY, owner throws food at customers. I made the mistake to ask them for extra ketchup, the owner SCREAMED at me saying "We don't give for free!" I told him I had bought food from them so it was not for free, I went to sit back down as he's screaming at me from the kitchen; he then threw a pack of ketchup all the way from the kitchen to where I was sitting and he was also about to throw a thermos too. Terrible food and worst customer service, someone should really supervise this place.

Arbitrarily open when you decide to? Food was out and under lights for 45 minutes but the gate never opened. Finally had to get out of line at 4:55 am

The waiter was very attentive and hospitable. The food was cooked extremely well and in a timely manor.

Since leaving Vegas, I haven’t missed In N Out that much...mostly because it’s more about the name than it is having delicious food. But hubby considers it tradition to visit one whenever it’s close by. I do have a soft spot in my heart for their Flying Dutchman and In N Out Sauce. But why are their fries so mediocre - it’s something I just don’t understand.... Anyway, this location was super convenient, clean, great outdoor seating and friendly service. As always, expect a line to order and a wait for food.

I love this location, everyone is friendly and attentive! Food is always good. I always like coming back here with my family.
