The menu has improved quite a bit in the last couple of years. They have a lot more lobster on the menu. Our server helped us find a cheaper way of us ordering what we wanted which was great. As always, love the biscuits and can never get enough of them.

Our first time here. Our waitress & food were awesome. We ordered a lot of food & it was all good, really good. What we didn’t like was the greasy floor the smell of the place. I would have given it 5 stars but those two things really bothered me. Not sure if we’ll be back.

One of the best Chinese Restaurants in San Jose for family banquets. The owner was super nice and arranged for our family's celebration of my parent's 40th anniversary. Hint: best time for private parties is on a Sunday night! We tried 5 different types of lobster dishes, definitely ask about that because they make it differently than others. The food was more on the salty side for me, but all of the kids enjoyed it all which is what matters. While most chinese restaurants are go-to for big weddings, this is a great place for family gatherings, reunions, anniversary etc where you can enjoy good affordable food and the owners will work with you for a memorable experience. Highly recommended. I'd definitely see the changes the new owners are trying to implement and taking this restaurant to the next level. I got married at this restaurant over 12 years ago and I wish I had this type of service and ambiance back then as they have now!

Strange location, but friendly service and amazing food.

They have solid seafood and have a very welcoming staff that provides good service. The restaurant is small so seating can feel limited at times, but that's what is expected for a restaurant in downtown. Warning, their chicken is cheap for a reason! I didn't enjoy their chicken very much. Definitely try their chowder.

Well the food was decent but there was one problem. Found a piece of plastic from the freshly cut macaroni and cheese bag in my daughter's entree. Kitchen manager deeply apologized and took it off our bill. This is what happens when you have careless kids working for your establishment. It could have happened to anyone but when you're paying good money for food it should be cared for a little better no?

I can't knock anything down since they worked with me and I could have a nice Vegan dinner with my omnivore family and friends. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. Thank you for a wonderful Easter.

The pork belly cheesecake sandwich was good but not very big, I'm still hungry.

I've been a fan of Subway sandwiches since they opened in the bay area ages ago. I can't pass up the cold cut combo foot long special at $5. I get 2 meals out of one of these. They're made to order with choice of bread and fixings, plain or toasted, with or without dressing, and salt & pepper.

The ladies that make the sandwiches are very nice very prompt and very clean place to eat.

One of the ladies there refused to toast my sandwich and gave me so much attitude.

Best Pho place in East SJ. Pork chops broken rice and Onion Beef Vermacilli are the best!

It is okay for food but the wait sometimes is crazy

Usually this place is excellent but today very disappointed we were basically forgotten even after trying to wave somebody down and trying twice via the touch screen.. finally ask for more fries 10 minutes later I gave up left disappointed

This restaurant is a hidden gem! Quaint location, lovely decor and professional waitstaff reminiscent of earlier days. Excellent food and drink menus.
