Lots of character. Good cocktail bar upstairs. The food was fine but not amazing.

food great. staff attentive but not in your face. my steak was a perfect medium rare.

Not cheap but delicious hamburgers that are huge. Added as much greenery and sauce as you like. Baked in peanut oil. All fresh. Huge portions of fries, so just take a small one (enough for two!)

Amazing food, superb service. Great menu with the traditional French favourites. The Eton mess was the best I've ever eaten!!

Had to leave for Heathrow at 1. Walked onto Joe Allen at 12 and they were great! Helped us choose dishes that could be served quickly and gave us a table though we didn't have a booking. Spent a lovely hour there. Great food, excellent service and attentive staff. Loved the atmosphere. Memorable last meal in London. Would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone.

Came here for my brother's birthday lunch and we weren't disappointed at all. The service first of all was excellent. Roberto made us all feel extremely welcome as soon as we arrived. The food was superb. We started with the best of the seas, which was a seafood platter. I had the lobster linguine for my main which was excellent, flavourful and generously portioned. We had a birthday cake ordered which was comprised of strawberry mousse, cream, fresh berries and a pastry base. Much better than other patisserie I've had cake from. The ambience is classy as you would expect from a restaurant in a 5 star hotel. I've been to the Savoy grill as well and would say that Kaspar's edges it. If you can only go to one, although both are great, Kaspar's would have to be my recommendation.

Fantastic place. Very tasty food with great selection of drinks. Restaurant and bar are beautifully decorated with Baltic amber. Staff also friendly. Never left this place disappointed
