Big disappointment. From the reception, across the waitress' mistakes, very poor service. The quality of the food was average (even we received cold food - big questions why taken so long to prepare), the place is overfilled, not really comfortable to enjoy the dinner. At least the wine was good. For Jamie Oliver we were expecting something better...
For once is acceptable, but nothing special. Not recommended, we will not going back.

As someone with a tricky allergy, I've never had better service! The manager Daniel came over and patiently sat with me looking through ingredients in all the sauces etc, before accommodating a minor change to a delicious dish. Thank you thank you!

No air-conditioning on a hot May Bank Holiday made for a pretty uncomfortable dining experience. Drinks were slow to arrive. Food was slightly below usual Prezzo standard (good but not amazing). Staff were friendly butter not enough of then. I'm usually a fan of Prezzo but this one was "meh"

Food was great as always. Very helpful staff and despite the long queue to get in, it was relatively quick to get sat down. I only put it as 4 stars and not 5 because of how expensive wagamamas is compared to other Asian restaurants. Other than that, I can't complain about the quality of the food or the staff.

Booked a birthday dinner for my partner and had an absolutely amazing experience. Everyone in our party of 14 said they loved the food and the cocktails. Our experience was only hightened by the amazing service we received from our waiter Manuel who took care of all our needs and by the end of the evening was pretty much part of our group. I will definitely be visiting again for the food scenery and drinks, and also because Manuel invited us all back again.

Conveniently located, this restaurant has plenty of room even during busy hours. We tried a grill combo (shrimps+steak+ribs) and it was delicious! There is a lot to choose from on the menu so everybody will find something.

Went for lunch with a colleague. Though the lunch menu is advertised in the window the menu they give you by default is the full a la carte. You have to ask for the lunch menu which is cheeky and just wrong. The bill was also wrong, they charged my £13 for my pizza when it should have been in the lunch menu option. Having said all that, it was a fantastic meal. My pizza (ground beef) and my colleagues burger were both very tasty and service was quick. I’ll be back for certain.
