Hart House provides consistently high levels of service and excellent food. I have dined at Hart House on many occasions and have received consistently high quality experiences. A very cozy and unpretentious heritage house restaurant.

Food is EXACTLY how my mom used to make it. Brings back fond memories of East Africa.

Worst service ever and very unfriendly service. The waiters never smile or show any appreciation. I was brought the wrong dish and I politely mentioned this was incorrect as I ordered seafood and it was obviously a meat dish and the waiter then the manager made a big stink about it and when they brought the correct dish the manager slammed it on the table and walked off. That wasn't even the worst part; the manager mumbled something in mandarin and the couple next to us understood what he mumbled and they said it wasn't very nice what he said about us. You can fill in the blanks but let's make it easier....I'm not Chinese.

A good subway, fresh ingrediants, and a clean store. No complaints here.

Good location! Have kids and usual my bill is $30-40 And staff need to listen to what you are ordering. Kept having to correct the order. Get it right first time. Should give what I ask for in first place

I should add something besides just the 5 stars. I order through skip the dishes pretty often, and I tried them on a whim because I wanted like north american food. They havent failed me ever. They never do a mistake, EVER. Their food tastes good ALWAYS. I have had zero issues through multiple orders for deliveries. I love them, they are my go to place to order out, especially for cheeseburgers. Just tried the ribs now, I got just the 3 ribs and I was thinking ohh for 15 not a lot..ya nope, for this amount (Im not big) its perfect Im full and Im not even done. They just keep on impressing. All I can say is thank god for you guys, or I'd be stuck with nothing to order out as I am 100% canadian where I just like my normal foods Im use to, and no one seems to have that since I moved here form AB. Regular diners and american restaurants are far and few in between and thank you for sticking around!

Excellent service! Really welcoming atmosphere. This was my second time trying fatburger. The burger didn't seem as juicy this time around, but still alright. Would probably have another go at it.

Great restaurant with a huge selection for breakfast as well as great lunch and dinner selections. The prices are very reasonable. The service was excellent.

Excellent experience when we went. Didn't have a reservation on a Saturday, so had to wait a bit but got a table. Service was exemplary, with the servers being quick, attentive, and efficient. Had the lamb shank with risotto and it was delicious. Good atmosphere, not too loud, clean, and good lighting.

Good Patio for summer. The service we received was really good. It was quite busy at the time but the waitress took the time to ensure we had what we wanted and we're well looked after. Food was as good as any other Earl's/ Cactus Club etc.

The food here is pretty good and the service is kind and fast. I really enjoy the burgers here. Nice atmosphere as well. Would come again.

Had lunch buffet here. Everything was great. Tandoori chicken was one of the best I had in a long time. Will come back surely when visiting.

We had our lunch here over pasta dish and our server made up for what's lacking in the food :-) Probably because I had dined at Anton's and Amore before so there's basis for comparison, so don't be fooled by the fancy location BUT if you want some peace and quiet dining experience while around Brentwood area, I can say Tivoli's can offer that. And our server was very warm and knowledgeable about the food and all other places in the world, that's a bonus!

This place always leaves me feeling satisfied and impressed. The staff are always pleasant and attentive. Whether you order from the regular menu or buffet, the food is good either way. $10.95 for an all you can eat that includes quality lamb, butter chicken, and dessert is hard to find. I don't live in the area, so anytime I drive by, it's a hard place to pass up!

The service at this location is ok, it's the food that I don't necessarily like. I came here twice on different days and the food was just warm, and it looked unappetizing since it was so sloppy.

I remember visiting The One a few times many years ago, when their drinks were huge as always but tasted mediocre, so I was pleasantly surprised when their drinks actually taste pretty good now. Unfortunately, that was the only plus side of my visit as this time the food wasn't up to par. I got the Deep Fried Tofu with Spicy Ground Pork Sauce meal set. I've had this dish and similar dishes at other places before, so I knew what I should've been expecting and I didn't expect to be overwhelmed by the saltiness of every bite. In fact, everything in that picture was salty except for the rice and that tomato and egg side dish. You either need to buy a drink or keep asking for water refills because of the saltiness. I wish I ordered the beef curry like my boyfriend did, since that one was nice and mild (and not salty). Rating them 3/5 stars to be fair because even though most of my food was salty, I know they can make mild dishes like the beef curry. Would've rated higher if they either just left a pitcher of water at the table or made sure to refill our cups once they noticed they were empty, because I would have to stop eating every time I had no more water. I guess you are what you eat since now I'm feeling salty about the experience and probably won't be coming back any time soon.

This is definitely the best Chinese restaurant in Burnaby. The food is delicious, the venue accessible for friends who use walkers, the staff friendly and efficient and the prices very reasonable.
