Do not come here if your not hungry and ready to put down some food. I'm not the sort to write reviews. But, I had the best chicken and dumplings of my life today. Then they bring a bowl of mashed potatoes and green beans that I could have ate on for a week. I showed up right at the shift from breakfast to lunch so I ordered bacon too.... It was like 6 or 8 peices.... my eyes, taste buds, and stomach are In Overload... if I am ever back In Hot Springs I will be back... I saw the size of the flap jacks being passed around and I laughed because they offer all you can eat breakfast. PHIL YOU ARE TOO MUCH SIR. WELL DONE!

Majority of the food was hot or chilled as it should be. A couple of the selections were empty or had a good amount of another another entree mixed in with it making it appear very unappetizing.
Wait staff was attentive to refills and clearing plates. Noise level was problematic had a screeching (1-2 year old) at a near by table. Every time this child screeched my party could not hear one another and one person who has a hearing problem found the pitch to be painful.

The food here is always great. I came to the door at 10 after 7 not knowing they closed st 7. They greeted me with a smile and served me anyway. They were just short of the two servings of meat that I wanted on my salad so they gave me a gift card for a side on them the next time I’m in. I have rarely experienced such incredible customer service in Hot Springs.

On Friday, my friend and I went to get dinner here, we got rt 44 diet green tea with peach, one with grape, chicken sandwich and chicken strip dinner. About an hour later we started feeling itchiness in our throats. Not sure whether it was the drink machine not being clean or oil not being fresh, but we never have itchy throats from any other sonic.

Wow! This place used to be going downhill because the lobby wasn't kept up, the employees were loud, and vagrants used to just come in off the drink and take fountain drinks without paying. But NOW, this place has made a 180! The manager, Antonio, really is a hard worker and it seems like his employees really respect him and they all have a good time while putting customer service first. The meal I had today was hot and fresh. I took my nieces to eat and they really enjoyed the meal, the clean lobby, and the fast table service. I'll be returning the next time I come to HS.

Ok so when I came here all the damn seats were gone from these stupid idiot kids who think they are better than me JUST because they got their first. All the pizza was gone and I had to wait a WHOLE 30 seconds for some cinnamon rolls. My cup was some stupid plastic cup that folded whenever I tried to press it to get some ice. Like I can't eat ice nowadays? Ok then a whole school came in and so I rushed but those greedy kids took ALL MY PASTA. Ok so then I sat down and then I bit into my frozen ass pizza. The cardboard pizza tasted like powdered cardboard when I added cheese. I got a cheese crust pizza and it was DEFORMED so it didn't have cheese in it. I am so disappointed. this place made me turn vegan 😭

It was very crowded when I was there. The staff was very busy but, they did the best they could do to wait on the tables and booths. The staff is friendly. Our group of 4 had to wait for a booth. There was a long wait for the food to arrive but, considering how many people were there, the staff did an amazing job. I had the manicotti, and it was fantastic. They also had live music. They were able to accommodate 2 very large groups as well as the smaller groups who were there on 3/10/2018. I highly recommend Rod's Pizza Cellar. They have lots more choices on the menu than just pizza. I've had the pizza on other visits. It is great. They also have a large salad bar with many choices on it. Overall, Rod's has great food, amazing service (even when very crowded), friendly staff, and is always an enjoyable experience.
