The food is great but the service is not to the same level. We had crappy service and then had the tip pre added into our bill. The waitress didn't deserve the amount she received if anything. Food is almost still worth it though.

Super delicious and fantastic first impression! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and tasty. The service was great, our server was super attentive and friendly as well as informative. They have live music Friday nights, daily buffets, and live entertainment Saturday nights- Belly dancers! I've gotta go back!

INCREDIBLE. The food was amazing and the restaurant is clean, although a bit drafty. Service was ok- Not sure if they speak English which is totally fine, that's not a blocker. They didn't come by our table after serving but there wasn't a need for them to come over to check on us anyway. The food though: Awesome! Legit Chinese food! None of that oversalted soggy 'American Version' food. Really a great experience!

This restaurant is like a little piece of Italy in Langford! The pizzas (any one on the menu) are delicious with flavorful ingredients combined to perfection. I would also like to add that the restaurant has a wheelchair accessible entrance and accessible washrooms. Go ... Eat ... Drink ... Enjoy!!

This place use to have great service and staff were quick and efficient. Been in a few times in the past month and 8 times out of 10 there is a line up with 1 person running sandwiches who is obviously new and struggles to take orders and make sandwiches while 1 or 2 people sit in the back. I've even seen new staff ask for help and staff in the back wave him or her off. Don't care so much for the line up but rather the poor new employee who is clearly overwhelmed.

I've never had a problem with them unlike some people who have left reviews here. The service is fine, the food's fine. My only issue with them is that they have no mocha period. Hot or iced. It frustrates me. There are more people than coffee drinkers.

I have been to a lot of Subway restaurants. Usually the one in the Westshore Town Centre. But I do declare this to be the best one. Friendly, amazing staff. When I walk in that door at Home Depot, they immediately know who I am and give me the biggest of smiles. I truly love this Subway, and do not understand how it is not more popular.
Quick, clean, and most importantly delicious. You would be a fool not to try this Subway. Trust me I am a fat guy, I know what I am talking about.
