I've tried and tried to find something like the honey garlic chicken this place has, but nothing compares. I just have to visit it when I'm in town for the holidays. I think it says something when so many things have come and gone in that mall and that remains in that economy.

Management = non-existent. Currently going on hour two of visit and one member of our party hasn’t received their meal (everyone has been done for at least 15 minutes)
Under staffed means under prepared, seems I’m not the first to voice my complaint. Find somewhere else to eat unless you really like spending 2+ hours watching murder documentaries and info-mercials on local broadcast. Seems like they only care about alcohol sales as the bar area is well tended to
Burger King

Placed order and they added a bottle of water when I wanted a cup of water then said would not give refund for what was charged because they charge the same for a small cup of water as they do for a bottle of water. Talk about a RIP off

The food wasn't fresh. The boneless chicken especially. We ordered and the food was out quickly but not good.

Very fast service. The manager was very friendly and we overheard her telling her employees, "Great job, guys." This was after a long line in the drive thru. The employees appeared happy to be at work. The vibe there has certainly changed. Good job😁

Was eating food was fine but manager yelled at an employee for mopping to close to customer's. I'm my opinion he was fine and they where fine also. If you need to say something to an employee dont yell in the lobby. The manager has slick dirty hair with a non work Batman hoody also no hat not coming back
