Things that I have tried that are good: Rainbow salad, mango chicken, samousas, and the biryani rice. The garlic noodles were okay, but the flavor of everything else more than compensated. The service is always friendly and helpful too.

The veggie omelette I had here was on an entirely new omelette level. The location makes this place truly a hidden treasure. When you find it, you get the added bonus of being surrounded by art not only in the form of food, but also beautiful original paintings.

Definitely not the place to get sushi. We walked into the sushi bar area because the wait for the other area was 45 minutes (according to the hostess).
The sushi is as uneventful as it could be, same as the miso soup and the edamame. One may think that this is the usual stuff that you get at an old restaurant that was a novelty by serving sushi back in 1975 and they never got the memo saying "Hey, everyone knows that you can do better!".
If you are looking for good sushi, this is not the place.
Service is normal, nothing out of the ordinary.
Price is a bit high for what it is, considering that your expectations of Japanese food is that you'll pay a premium, regardless of the quality...

A good rendition of the restaurant chain. At the Calabasas Promenade the indoor seating is a bit limited, but the patio is really nice and the weather is consistent with California!
With 3 adults we had the family pack with Broccoli-beef, Curry Chicken, Combination chow mein, and half brown/half white rice which was plenty of food for us and the employees were really nice too!

This place has been here since 1998 and serves the best seafood and American cuisine. I love the fish soup, clam chowder, salmon plates, salads.. and they actually have very good sushi too. Finally amazing happy hour and pricing for both good and drinks.

I was there for lunch. I ordered carne asada plate and a kids meal (chicken tender) food was excellent. Service was great and fast. I love the atmosphere and out door seating. Love going there.
