I was literally pulled out of my frends for no apparent reason. When they then would not allow me to grab my own personal effects including my own personal medication which I need to take multiple times a day on top of my highly expensive cell phone and numerous other items that I just can't think of at this moment in time do the fact that I was in such a rush by them because they were threatening to call the police the entire Jack in the Box crew was in the parking lot threatening to call the cops on me over something I have no idea even about. They will be hearing from my lawyer and not only that particular business but the entire franchise as well

Poor food quality, small portions, high prices, and they often mess up your order, whether you are standing in line or ordered online.
I now have to double check my pick-up orders to make sure they included all the items, since on multiple occasions I've gotten home with an incorrect plate.
Let me mention that the steak you pay extra for is chewy, dry, and chalky in texture; definitely a last resort Chinese food place.

Definitely a special occasion type of spot, which is what we came for. The service was fabulous and the food and drinks were excellent, (Portions are a little small and pricey) but consider the demographics. If money was no object for that someone special bring them here, it's a treat.
