I went there during lunch which is probably a mistake because the parking was hard to find the restaurant itself was very very busy it took us a long time to get a waitress and our food. The food itself was great but I would suggest you go there during non-peak hours

Fast service, but can't be considered fast food. This is a grade above. Everything was prepared in a timely manner, you really can taste the freshness of the ingredients they use for their burgers. Their fries, which are cut and fried there, are famously controversial. Personally I am not a fan of them but the people who do like them, love them. I encourage you to try it out and form your own opinion!

Could be the worst customer service I have ever received. Uninterested staff, a line of 15-20 people took 40m+ to serve (the food is already cooked all they needed to do is serve it). You can imagine the frustration of such slow service when there are 4 extra staff standing at the register chatting while staring at the huge line building up. Then when we get to the register suddenly no one is there, so poorly mismanaged.

To be the pasta reminds me of a fast food restaurant. The salad dressing and bread sticks are fantastic. The Fetticini Alfredo with shrimp is the only dish I will order and they do a good job.

Before you spend $75 at an exclusive steak house, check out the Ribeye at Chili's. My son used to sing the "I want my Babybacks" jingle every time I'd mention Chili's. That is, until the day I gave him a bite of my steak. I'll give you three guesses as to what he orders now... But honestly there are no bad choices on the Chili's menu. Be it salads, appetizers, entrees or desserts, this is good eatin'.

The Hawaiian Rib eye - a must try! Sweet goodness! And for not being a sushi spot, the Spicy Tuna "Osaka Style" is one of the best things I've ever put in my mouth. Drooling just thinking about these two items.
Hubby and I love to eat in the booths near the bar. Great lighting and ambiance, you don't get the kindness from the open kitchen.
Only negative, they don't serve Captain Morgan Rum... But that won't keep me away.
