Hemingway's Restaurant
142 Cumberland St, Toronto, Ontario, M5R 1A8, Canada
The Hemingway this place almost always has a crowd of some sort. When you come here you paying for the atmosphere.
The restaurant is a whole has ever three different floors and at the same time as specious. It gives a outdoor patio feel with a roof over top. The service is quite good. The staff here are definitely there to make sure you're having a good time.
You'd come to the Hemingway if you want to have a conversation and are planning to get two or more people together. The vibe is energetic and positive.
The prices are okay. The food is okay. You're paying for the atmosphere. It's worth it to come by for the beer.
Beast Restaurant
96 Tecumseth St, Toronto, Ontario, M6J 2H1, Canada
Damn good food, large portions. Service was quick and very friendly servers. I went at 10:30am on a friday for their brunch menu so it wasn't quite busy yet.
I had the "Beastwich" which left me feeling full for most of the day and was an incredible combination of flavours. The menu was full of difficult choices as much of it sounded amazing. I'll be going back for sure to try out the rest of it.
Vaticano Italian Restaurant
25 Bellair St, Toronto, Ontario, M5R 3L3, Canada
Good pasta. I would have given it 5 out of 5 but I was expecting the food to look like the pictures. lobster tail with rosè sauce. The only thing on the menu with the lobster tail was the one in cream sauce. Not like the photos
Utsav Restaurant
69 Yorkville Ave, Toronto, Ontario, M5R 1B8, Canada
Delicious food and great atmosphere. The restaurant is small but they use the space well. Would definitely go again!
Opus Restaurant
37 Prince Arthur Ave, Toronto, Ontario, M5R 1B2, Canada
What more needs to be said about this place... One of the best places to wine and dine in Toronto, might even Ontario... Excellent food, impeccable service.
Wendy's
615 Dundas St E, Toronto, Ontario, M5A 0C7, Canada
Staff is competent, but space is REALLY tight, even when ordering and waiting for your order. Best for take out.
DaiLo
503 College St, Toronto, Ontario, M6J 2J3, Canada
One of the best dining experiences I have had in this city. We tried the Chef's Selection (where they took our dietary restriction into account) and every dish had us salivating for more. The Pumpkin Dumplings had me uttering expletives under my breath at just how darn great it was. While lamb neck made you stop in your place and just sit there for a minute and think about how blessed you are to experience food in this manner. The overall decor was well thought out, the lighting fixtures had a particular turn-of-the-century charm to them and our waitress was as pleasant as we all hope we are on our best days.
Guirei Japanese Restaurant
600 Queens Quay W, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 3M3, Canada
One of my favorite places to go. Amazing friendly staff, and the food is delicious and fairly priced
ONE Restaurant
116 Yorkville Ave, Toronto, Ontario, M5R 1C2, Canada
Five star service for sure every time you're there things just get done! Always great food today we had brunch which was steak and eggs that was the best I've had ever. Served it in a skillet like presentation. Highly recommended in Yorkville
Edulis Restaurant
169 Niagara St, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 1C9, Canada
Have been hearing about Edulis for some time and finally got the opportunity to try it last night. We ordered the 7 course tasting menu plus Ham appetizer and Artichoke Truffle soup. This was an unbelievable and unforgettable experience that will not be forgotten. Cosmetically the plates were spectacular. Beautiful. Colourful and decorative. But the actual dishes, bowls, cutlery too were stunning. A visual experience. But then the taste. Multi layered. Interesting. Different textures and techniques. Absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. Personal without being overly doting. YES. I absolutely will go back and highly recommend.
The Black Hoof
928 Dundas St W, Toronto, Ontario, M6J 1W3, Canada
Small but intimate place. Worth the price, couldn't get of the bone marrow and crudo was to die for.
Insomnia
563 Bloor St W, Toronto, Ontario, M5S 1Y6, Canada
A favourite brunch spot in The Annex. Unique decor with a bit of a rustic feel. Enjoy the wall art while you’re here, especially the chalkboard wall in the back. If you like French Toast or Eggs Benedict this is a must try. Try to snag a lounge chair in the back for a more intimate setting.
Oyster Boy
872 Queen St W, Toronto, Ontario, M6J 1G3, Canada
Best seafood place in the city. Their staff is friendly and their oyster game is on point. Their platter is to die for. It is a small but cozy place - great for dates.
Fresh on Crawford
894 Queen St W, Toronto, Ontario, M6J 1G3, Canada
Stopped by on a warm day with friends to grab drinks and snacks. While the line was long and I had to repeat my order to the cashier three times, my drink and cookie was delicious. Would recommend this place once in a while, as it caters to the expensive neighbourhood of white hipsters.
Montgomery's Restaurant
996 Queen St W, Toronto, Ontario, M6J 1H1, Canada
The atmosphere and service was excellent if you are looking for a quiet and an elegant kind of night out. We had the chefs tasting menu and with a couple of drinks it only came to about a hundred bucks per person. And from smoked mushrooms to aged duck breast it was way more than enough. Definitely recommend this place.
The Lakeview Restaurant
1132 Dundas St W, Toronto, Ontario, M6J 1X2, Canada
Great staff. Great food. Good prices. I like the overall vibe of this place. Been there all hours. Always great.
Boralia
59 Ossington Ave, Toronto, Ontario, M6J 2Y9, Canada
I wasn't sure what to expect when I was invited to Boralia by a friend and never really understood traditional Canadian cuisine. Canada for me is a melting pot of so many cultures a lot of heritage ingredients get lost in the mix. We ordered the tasting menu and told the chef we were open to anything and everything. I am so glad we did because it was a fantastic introduction (or reintroduction?) to some truly canadian ingredients prepared in a completely modern way. There was not one single dish that was disappointing and if I had the room, I would have asked for the rest of the menu.
Moliceiro Restaurant
217 Ossington Ave, Toronto, Ontario, M6J 2Z8, Canada
Excellent service - friendly, attentive, knowledgeable. Food was excellent - We had the Rabalo (sea bass), octopus crostini and the lobster penne. Pave dessert was great, not too sweet.
A&W Canada
832 College St, Toronto, Ontario, M6G 1C8, Canada
