Had a significant amount of roof damage after the early spring windstorm. The project manager, Jason, helped me work with the insurance company to get a full tear-off and replacement. The actual roofers dodged a couple significant thunderstorms over the course of a day and a half to complete the job, always successfully tarping over the exposed parts to prevent any water damage. Very satisfied with the quality of the work. Would highly recommend.

In the fall of 2016 we got our roof done by Absolute General contractors and have nothing but great things to say. The staff was professional and we are very happy with our new steel roof. After getting many quotes by local companies they gave us a price that could not be beat.

In August 2015 I had McCartney Roofing not only replace my roof but also replace two skylights...one was turned into a sun tunnel so needed some very specialized expertise. The entire experience was exceptional, the crew was courteous, Larry was available at any time to answer the few questions I had...he explained in detail what would be happening and how the new vents would substantially improve control of any future ice issue. From beginning to end the entire experience was nothing but professional...my feeling is if anyone has an issue with Larry's work to make your concerns be known and he will bend over backwards to make it right for you....for me I had no such issues. So anyone using this forum to discredit his company clearly has other issues and is a coward hiding behind the anonymity of the web.... For Larry....I will continue to tell anyone I know what a great job he does... a true professional.

We are very pleased with the siding project completed on our home by 1st Choice Home Solutions. Stephen assisted us with selecting the colours of siding and capping, which has led to a more modernized appearance. The project was larger in scope due to the detailed work required for the tudor style. We were impressed with Abe and Mike's attention to detail, professionalism and personable manner. When speaking with office staff, they too were attentive and helpful. Neighbours are impressed, commenting that our home has a warmer, richer look. This is the 2nd time we have chosen 1st Choice Home Solutions, the first being when we replaced eavestroughing. We highly recommend the company for consistent, thorough work.

Had AAA roofing at our home in the summer 2020 for a roof leak. Charged us $200.00, and said if not fixed they would be back. Roof still leaked after 4calls back to them they were a NO SHOW

I was in an extremely huge time crunch to get a quote on my roof as I am selling my home. I had contacted 4 companies and Forest City was the fastest response I had as well as the most efficient prices (two of the companies didn't provide me with a quote as they assumed it looked "fine") Ralph was honest and very helpful, as I needed to know everything. The customer service was excellent, everyone I had spoken to was polite and understanded my urgency in receiving a written quote as well as addressed all of my questions. Half of the other roofing companies failed to even call me back after saying they would. Needless to say, I know exactly who I will be contacting if ever needed again in the future!

Mike & Dustin Smaill Roofing - THIS IS MAFIA! Why? I worked for these guys for years. Mike had given some of the staff extra cash, to manipulate the roofs of other roofing companies. This is just one of his sick ideas, how to get a contract! If a guy cheats his philipino wife with different other ones, what's wrong with cheating his customers too?? This is how this GENIUS thinks! Think about that, tho. A second GENIUS idea...We had to get some used and dumped shingles from dump stations and to mount them on the roofs, selling them as new shingles as well to hundreds of our customers, how f***ing sick it that, ey?! I feel so sorry for every single customer and cheated roofing company out there!
