Amazing company to work for.

Here is a summary of my experience with AM Roofing so far. I initially booked an estimate in the Spring of 2017 for a Sunday at 10 am. My appointment time came and went. Approximately 30 min after the appointment , I received a phone call from the sales rep who sounded like he just woke up, asking if we could reschedule. I declined rescheduling with this particular individual. I called AM Roofing to schedule another estimate and I requested a different sales rep. The gentlemen (Kevin) that I ended up meeting with was very good. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and generous with his time. Kevin addressed all of my questions and provided an excellent presentation highlighting the quality of products and installation that AM Roofing apparently offers. I decided to sign a contract with AM roofing on August 15, 2017. The estimated install time was 7 - 8 weeks. Prior to the 7 week estimated start time I called AM Roofing's London office. I inquired about my contract and asked if they had a rough estimate as to when the work might be scheduled. I was told that they would call me back by the end of the day with an answer for me. They did not call. The next day I called back and the person I spoke to seemed confused and was unable to locate my paperwork for some time. After they found my paperwork I was told that I would be called the Friday prior to the work being scheduled. Eight weeks has now passed since I signed the contract and nobody from AM Roofing has called me to to schedule the work or give me an update. My expectation is that if it is not possible to have the work scheduled in the timeframe cited on the contract that someone from AM Roofing would call me and give me an updated timeframe. So far, the impression I have from AM Roofing is that parts of their business are unorganized.

Great Company!

I was impressed with the customer service. They explained things clearly and I was updated Multiple times. Customer service was polite in all of the conversations that we had and I was never hung up on. I would recommend them for sure!

Had Mustang re-shingle my roof. The price was fair. The installers that showed up were courteous and professional. They worked hard, but took the time to explain to me what they were doing. I don't know what else I could have asked for. My experience was excellent all around!

These guys did my roof and it's awesome!! Would definitely use them again for my windows next year!

Brutal! We recently had Morgan Roofing do our cottage roof. We arrived at the cottage on the Friday evening of the week they were doing the work to find a mess of tools, supplies and debris all around the cottage. They had left a large trailer backed up to the entrance door so that we had to climb through a garden to get to the door. They had stomped through the gardens and plants all around the cottage. It almost seemed like they went out of their way to destroy the plants, they were so damaged! I called the person we dealt with on the quote, and got no response. Since the work was completed, I have found at least a dozen nails around the property. I'm hoping the workmanship on the roof is a lot better then the care that was paid ( read: not paid!) to our property when the roof work was being done. Also, this job that was completed in July was originally planned for last Fall, and then put off multiple times by Morgan ( weather was a factor). To add insult to injury, after taking nine months to complete this work, we got our bill five days later. I certainly would NOT recommend Morgan Roofing.

Don't work for this guy. 'Rob' doesn't pay his bills/ subcontractors. I was ripped off for $300 for an emergency service call that was done for him. His company address listed on Google is fake. Beware.
