Shuttle & Taxi

We had an excellent experience using EC Minibus. We used the service for transportation from London to Dover to take a cruise. We were quite impressed with EC Minibus and Emanuel and the level of service, that we decided to use them EC Minibus for transportation from our hotel in London to the airport.

Reliable, friendly and affordable. And they allow internet prepayment. Couldn't ask for more.

Fantastyczny serwis.

I don't recommend anyone to use this company booked a cab never turned up

I would like to thank the Driver at Delta Chauffeurs who provided an excelled service for my Son’s Wedding; the Drivers were very polite and considerate and gave a good professional service. We had a very happy day and I will recommend their service to anyone.

Best Minicab around the area keep it up everyone

Would not recommend this company at all. We hired a coach to take the main wedding party to my son's wedding in Westram Kent on Saturday 14 July 2018. The coach was 50 minutes late, we were kept being told on the phone he would be here in 5mins...... 50mins late no apology. My son kept phoning his sister to find out where we was as the registrar said she could not wait any longer, the bride had to keep driving around the venue. What a start to my son's wedding it was very very stressful. Would not give it any stars but had to put one!

I don't really leave negative reviews, I normally just ignore the company going forward. However, River Cars of London has managed to incite me to write an unfortunately negative review. I logged onto River Car's website and created an account to book a car for a trip to St Pancras 24 hours before the requested trip. I received a confirmation email and thought all was good. After lugging 4 suitcases down 52 steps and standing on the street before the appointed time, I began to think something was not quite right. My usual experience with car services is early arrival. I called River Cars' office and was peppered with questions regarding my reservation. In short, there was either no reservation, or it simply didn't suit River Cars to send a car. The dispatcher I spoke with gave me various excuses and promises, but eventually just lied when he said he'd make arrangements to send a car and would call me back. 15 minutes later and 3 blocks lugging suitcases, no car. Avoid this company.

Very professional on the phone, the driver was great.

Terrible. ordered them for a Gatwick pickup for my pregnant wife and her mother. Firstly they would not hold up a name board like any other taxi company. But it got much worse. The driver (who barely spoke English) refused to come to arrivals instead insisting that my wife come to drop off. He shouted at her on the phone and after waiting 30 mins she had to get the Gatwick express. I would steer well clear of these people.

Used this taxi service recently on a trip to London and will definable use them again and recommend them to anyone. If your looking for a reliable service, helpful and friendly drivers who are on time with brilliant communication to ensure your trip runs to plan than these guys definitely get my 5 stars, awesome service you'd be mad not to use them.

This isn't cheap, but it's reliable. Open 24/7/365 they are open when there is literally no other option.

Great service! Polite, friendly, helpful drivers and controllers. Always early, never late! Keep up the good work guys.
