I don't really leave negative reviews, I normally just ignore the company going forward. However, River Cars of London has managed to incite me to write an unfortunately negative review. I logged onto River Car's website and created an account to book a car for a trip to St Pancras 24 hours before the requested trip. I received a confirmation email and thought all was good. After lugging 4 suitcases down 52 steps and standing on the street before the appointed time, I began to think something was not quite right. My usual experience with car services is early arrival. I called River Cars' office and was peppered with questions regarding my reservation. In short, there was either no reservation, or it simply didn't suit River Cars to send a car. The dispatcher I spoke with gave me various excuses and promises, but eventually just lied when he said he'd make arrangements to send a car and would call me back. 15 minutes later and 3 blocks lugging suitcases, no car. Avoid this company.

Would not recommend this company at all. We hired a coach to take the main wedding party to my son's wedding in Westram Kent on Saturday 14 July 2018. The coach was 50 minutes late, we were kept being told on the phone he would be here in 5mins...... 50mins late no apology. My son kept phoning his sister to find out where we was as the registrar said she could not wait any longer, the bride had to keep driving around the venue. What a start to my son's wedding it was very very stressful. Would not give it any stars but had to put one!

I have been using London2airport for a while. In general their service is ok, however I had a very bad experience recently and decided not not use their service again: I booked a taxi to pick up my guests at the airport specifying to go inside with a sign. The driver (Rois) called me to give me direction to the pick up point, after numerous tentatives I managed to make him understand that I requested what written above. On top of that he didn't wanted to monitor himself the flight even though it's stated on the website. Once my guests arrived the driver had already left and I was told they were charged £14, on top of what was quoted for the journey, for the 20 minutes delay (even though the website says that the first hours is free of charge) and the parking. Once I contacted costumer service I was told the driver said he never charged any extra. I felt treated like a liar and I'm very disappointed.

The driver was on time and got us to the airport in a quick and safe manner.

Very poor service. After ringing them several times they wasn't very helpful and very abrupt. This is the night before flying and now I will have to get a taxi. Very very poor
