Shuttle & Taxi

We used Pitbull’s Designated Driver service last night to go from Regina to our home in Craven and can’t say enough good things! Not only were they really pleasant to deal with on the phone, but we were able to pre-book our pickup too! They kept us in the loop when they thought they might be late for our 2am pickup (they were actually right on time), were quality and courteous drivers and most importantly, got us and our vehicle home safely! It’s so important to have a service like this one available, especially for those of us who live in rural communities. We will ABSOLUTELY recommend this service to our friends and family!

The Driver, Jack, was very kind and courteous and did everything to accommodate to our needs. That being said, we are very disappointed with the bus they have sent us. It started with it not looking promising or safe for the drive especially with the current weather conditions but unfortunately, that wasn't all. The door wasn't working properly and couldn't close all the way, some of the windows weren't properly sealed, and the heating didn't work as expected. All of this resulted in 2 1/2 hours drive (each direction) in a freezing cold bus. It was -21 with windchill and we could feel the wind coming in through the door and windows all the way. Everyone, including the driver, had to wear their coats, scarfs and any other winter clothing they had with them, and it still wasn't enough. We've had seniors as well as youth with us on the bus and it was very hard for them to tolerate the drive. There's no doubt that this specific bus shouldn't be used at winter time unless it's fixed and brought up to standard. It is very inappropriate to send people on such a long drive under this weather conditions when then the bus is in such poor shape. That is definitely not the kind of service you expect when you pay so much money.

One of the best services in town clean vehicle professional drivers and reasonable price

Horrendous service. Was quoted 25 minutes, and an hour and a half later there still was no cab. Called twice for updates and both times they hung up on me.

First time in the city but I have nothing but good feedback for york city taxi. Their service was clean, cheap, and cheerful! 10/10 recommend.

Terrible service. Asked how long it would be to get a cab and they hung up. Do not use this company they rude and have no understanding on what it is to offered a paid "service".

The yorkton shuttle service very pleasent experience. Mike is very professional and willing to do what he can to make your trip easier he is very punctual and goes out of his way to assist his customers. I would highly recommend this to anyone being a ride.

Excellent service!!

Called this company around 4 am for a young person that woke me up knocking on my door asking for a ride to a hotel where they had a room. The guy said a driver would be there right away.

Polite, and kept the small talk to an absolute minimum. Taxi was clean as well. I enjoyed my ride to and from my destination

Great service

Cab driver dropped us off at the bar knowing it was closed. The whole ride he mentioned how there was people at the bar. Drivers not to be trusted. Got ripped off.

Called the night before to schedule a taxi for the next morning. Person on the phone confirmed the scheduling, but then told me to call back in the morning to remind them because "they will forget". I called back several times the following morning and nobody answered the phone. Not a reliable company.

Terrible! Didn't show up despite us making a booking hours in advance, then didn't answer phone when we were left waiting for taxi and very nearly missed flight.
