In short KD Air will not refund your ticket even if THEY cancel the flight for any reason! This applies even if they commit to the refund. KD Air is a business that should be taken down! Below is my story... Please visit kdair-reviews(dot)com to express your experience with KD Air. Everything seemed totally fine when booking two return flight tickets from Vancouver South to Tofino for our 3-night stay (tickets worth 698 CAD). Then it all went wrong… KD Air called two days before scheduled departure, telling me that the flight to Tofino is cancelled due to unscheduled maintenance. I had to book the flight with other airline for double the cost. KD Air assured me that the flight from Tofino to Vancouver South will still happen. After the first night in Tofino, KD Air called me again and told me that the flight back to Vancouver is cancelled due to unscheduled maintenance. Again, I had to book the trip back with another airline for double the cost! As I don’t live in Canada, KD Air’s customer service assured me that I will get back money back! It has been 5 months and counting (since July 2018), I still don’t have my money and KD Air decided to stop responding to my emails.

Love taking the water taxi over to Savary Island! Whether it's a day on the beach or you're going over for the long wknd at the cabin, they are very accommodating and helpful.

Year after year the Lund Water Taxi is reliable, friendly and on time! I can't say enough good things about your business...except thanks to all of you for doing such a great job! It gets pretty hairy in the summer but everyone that works with you seems unruffled. 🙏

I had one of their shuttle drivers try to out-run me yesterday when he was merging on to the Island Highway from Jubilee Parkway. We arrived at about the same time, I was doing a bit over the speed limit, he accelerated at the same I did - I was simply trying to finish the merge. He blared his horn at me when I got to the end of the merge lane ahead of him. Then a half kilometer later when we were traveling behind a line of cars, he pulled up to half a car length behind me and started blaring his horn at me again and opened his window and flipped me the bird. On the four lane at Oyster River, he flew by me at well over 100km/hr. I just phoned to keep this between his boss and me and was hung up on with the words that "you are a terrible driver". Needless to say, I strongly recommend you consider an alternative this this organization!

Worked at Sonora resort and had the privilege of getting driven by the way West company. They're on time and provide a nice ride with good seats.

I didn't take the shuttle to the airport but I ran out of gas on my motorcycle and Fred from the CR airport shuttle service was beyond helpful even though his shift was over! Thank you Fred! I hope everyone who needs a ride to or from the airport has the pleasure of meeting this kind soul.

Called them 120mins before I needed to be picked-up and was promised they would arrive on time. Well 5mins after that time they still were'nt hete, along with no call letting me know they were running behind. So I called the conpany and was told they COMPLETELY FORGOT about me and wpuld be here in 2mins.. 15mins later they FINALLY show up. I call the company to complain about my treatment and spoke with one of the so called owners. I explained my issue and his disinterested response was, I'll talk with the driver. Made me feel like he didn't care, and that nothing was really gonna be done in our favor. We had $30 worth of Mexican food waiting to be picked-up at a local restaurant that was getting cold, and not even a, sorry, the ride is on us. Sorry for your inconvenience or anything. I said this is the LAST TIME we will do any business with your company. He said, OK!! Born and raised here I am. This company can CRAM IT!!
