It has something for everyone. The variety of runs are great for beginner or more experience rider. It offers a skate park as well as tubing. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the food is fantastic

My wife and I were visiting family in Knoxville. We live in New York, but we were going on a ski weekend trip directly from Knoxville with family. We got our skiis tuned (they got it done in 2 days on very short notice when our shop in New York could not) and we ended up purchasing new ski boots since Alpine Ski Center had great boots at great prices and our boots were very old. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable. They went the extra mile to ensure our boot heaters were transfered/secured. After skiing that trip and returning to New York, I confirmed the boots hurt my toes. I called Alpine Ski Center and asked if they could ship me one size larger. Matt Davis promptly shipped me new boots one size larger at no additional cost to me, while I return shipped the original boots. This level of customer service is unparalleled. The combination of great product at good prices, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and incredible customer service make Alpine Ski Center the place to go for your ski needs. Highly recommended!

This is the coolest little place on Earth. The shop is so small, so cool. Don't buy your CC Ski gear anywhere else. There are classic videos of races on, a ski trail 10 feet from the door and the place is just cool. Support small business and and more importantly, support special places!

Stayed in the A building. Amazing view, the room is beautiful, but the bathtub hadn't been cleaned properly, there was a ring around it like someone had just taken a bath, the toilet was mostly cleaned but around the screw caps on the lid there was obvious urine that hasn't been cleaned. There isn't much for sound barrier, i could hear evrryone closing doors, loudly, people outside partying and the people upstairs walking. I expected more from a place as aesthetically pleasing as this.
