Ski & Snowboard

I was shopping for boots today in the city. I stopped by various retailers and found poor selection and very little sizes available. All of these retailers had extreemly poor customer service with long wait times. I placed a call to River and Trail to see what they had in stock. They were busy and could bot answer my call, however promptly called me back even though I did not leave a message. The young man on the phone was very helpfull. We confirmend what I was looking for and said they do carry them, however did not have my size in stock. Even though I did not make a purchase or even step into the store, I felt like and was treated like a valued customer. More retailers need to have this level of customer service! Good job guys!

Erik's bike shop in Woodbury is awesome. Brought my bike in, they fixed immediately in less than 10 min. Other store was 2 weeks out. THANKYOU ERIK'S WOODBURY!!

I'm rating the campground, which we loved. There are varying degrees of shade and a range of RV hookups. The shower and laundry facilities were among the best I have seen at a campground. There's also a nice 3.5 km hiking/biking trail accessible from within the campground.

Had not skied here in 30 years. This place has grown. While the ski hills are substantially the same, the lifts are now excellent. The base area bars, food and service are much improved. If you live in the south metro and want a quick trip, this is the best place short of an hours drive.

A good place to good after a storm. If the conditions are good then this very small mountain can still be fun. I recommand always checking the snow conditions before going. If only half of the trails are open it's not worth going in my opinion.

We were visiting Moncton for vacation and this was our first experience with Mike's Bike shop. I appreciated the service provided by your personnel, very patient (especially with my 8 years old son), smiling and professional. We visited your store to rent bikes. Bicycles conditions are brand new. My son and I enjoyed the ride. Moreover, the store location is at the beginning of the bike path in Dieppe and this is a very good location for bikers. It gives the opportunity to see the park, the lacs and the river before getting close to the city. Very good job.
