Très belle endroit

Good

I attend movies at this theater often and truly believe the staff is nice BUT way too often the bathrooms smell like urine. And even though I always buy popcorn and snacks, i often bring my own water or Gatorade and it's always been ok. I've never had an issue and appreciate the automatic help i receive when I can't seem to open the door while carrying snacks.

Notre 2e année et pas la dernière.. Un accueil chaleureux, de belles attentions, une chambre plus que confortable et le déjeuner est excellent.. Vraiment.. Merci ! .. La maison est tellement belle.. Et on peut partir à pied pour aller se promener dans Magog.. Souper au resto.. C'est vraiment très agréable de loger chez vous.. 😃

Superb selection and pharmacist service

Endroit super propre avec un service par excellence. Les repas sont tout simplement excellent.

Excellent. Nous avons passé une fin de semaine au gîte et nous avons adoré. Nous étions logés dans la petite maison dans le jardin. C'est très propre, et bien décoré, on s'y sent bien. Le petit déjeuner est santé et délicieux. Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse et très accueillants. Ils peuvent vous donner de bons conseils sur les activités à faire à magog et alentours.

Out of all the spas I have attended, this one has to be the most friendliest in terms of service from the manager, Martin. You'll definitely feel welcomed there! I can also say that this is the cleanliest spa I have been to as well. I was very impressed at how spotless the place was. I even did a quick finger check for dust on top of the bathroom mirror and artwork, no dust to be found! My visit was for 5 treatments, 4 of which were my first experience, exfoliation, mud wrap, facial, massage and stone massage. The therapist Catherine was extremely professional. She is a calm and soft spoken person. At first I was very shy about the exfoliation and mud wrap, as well as the baths that followed; however, it wasn't long that my shyness went away due to the therapists nature, which was very comforting, tranquil and warm. There are no other words I can use to explain it. This is the kind of therapist you would want in such an environment! I also didn't feel like she was trying to rush me through my treatments. She took very good care of me!!! If you purchase a treatment/s without the Nordic baths you don't get access to the locker room. Sometimes a client wants to shower and fix themselves up after a treatment/s; however, the spa was kind enough to allow me to shower afterwards in a shower located in the spa itself. This spa is very fortunate to have people such as Catherine and Martin on their team! They are the ones who make this spa a great place to go too, more than the spa itself! I would highly recommend this place and I am definitely returning for future treatments.
