My brother & my neice & I all went up 2 see scream last night...sat..@ 430 ... I just want 2 say a h u g e thank you so much 2 the great guy who was so so helpful & good 2 help me load up the q r thing 4 the covid shot (s)... I m not the biggest computer person & I was having problems loading the thing onto my phone...it was a tad frustrating 4 me. .but the door guy was wonderful & super helpful & he helped me 2 do what I had 2 do.. He was wonderful..he had even asked if he could touch my phone & put in my health card #.. thanks 2 him 4 helping me out..he was great & he was very kind .

It's a best buy, so they sell the stuff they're supposed to sell. Unfortunately I haven't had one positive interaction with a salesperson on the floor of this BestBuy. They either seem to not know what they're talking about, or they're talking to each other and ignoring the customers. If you know what you want and you know where to find it, you'll be okay. Do your research before showing up.
