Terrific production of Silence: the Musical. The talented cast performed with humor and enthusiasm.

Always courteous, polite and professional. Parking can be a bit expensive so maybe get there early for dinner and your show. Historic beautiful place. Main street in downtown Buffalo. Beautiful all year round but especially with snow!

Shea's Theatre is known for featuring major Broadway musicals in Downtown Buffalo. An amazing venue with a ton of history. No elevator access to balcony seating means you could find yourself climbing 5 flights of stairs. In June 2018, the staff told me that Shea's would be installing elevators "soon."

Great venue for an intimate concert last Friday evening.However the sound mixing could have been better as the guitar with Ken Brown overwhelmed his voice and it was difficult to hear him well.

Took my comp here for repairs. Said they would call me back that day with a diagnostic. I call them back 4 days later. They sent my comp out for repair . I called back a week later and they are looking for parts. I wait another 3 days call again and still looking for parts. They had my computer for over 5 weeks to replace a power supply and video board.

Had a very fun experience attending my cousin's band concert.

Professional and accommodating. Fresh Air Films' movie events are always a joy to attend, and really bring the community together!

I love supporting this independently owned theatre. Great films not found in the bigger chains. Friendly atmosphere, delicious popcorn and attached to the Princess Cafe. Perfect location on King Street in Waterloo. Wheelchair accessible. Makes for a great date night!

These theatres are a unique and vital part of K-W's cultural landscape. Our latest visit to the original theatre was a muggy one however. Air conditioning, though advertised, wasn't on. A few seats are also in need of repair. In spite of those challenges the Princess offers an unmatched selection of cinematic fare.

Heated, reclining seats. Very clean, new theaters. Plenty of parki in rear!
