Spoke to two individuals here and both were amazing! They were so patient and friendly even though we had a never ending list of questions. They were very knowledgeable with everything we asked and definately cared about customer satisfaction. Great place and would recommend to anybody!

Nice cinema with reclining seats. Very loud speaker system. Bring ear plugs if you have very sensitive ears.

Very nice event should try and get more tents for shade coverage as there was only four tents n nit enough for people to eat n sit in shade considering it was very hot day. But had a beautiful time will go back. Winter one is amazing too

This such a great place for kids! There is a fun play area for before the movie, sound is very good though the cars. Nachos are fresh and cheese is good :) Last night there were a pair of small red foxes wandering around. The owners are very friendly and their prices are good.

Sensational well-maintained commercial centre straddling the border of Kitchener and Waterloo, unique architecture with a perfect mix of stores, restaurants, offices, various other outstanding businesses, local radio stations, furniture store, banks, movie theatres, fitness centre, boardwalk (100% recycled plastic) around a pond with a fountain, Splash Circle with warm water, an innovative playground, medical centre (phase 2 in process), walk-in clinic (at Walmart), GRT bus station, electric vehicle charging station, three captivating kinetic sculptures on the roundabouts (which keep the traffic flowing smoothly), plenty of free parking, lots of trees, attractive landscaping and stunning sunsets. I'm saving a lot of gas and time by having all this very close to my home.

Love this place. I am here as often as possible, despite being a scene member. Cheaper tickets, better seating more options and better concession prices.

I hate to give them a low score but it's only fair! I use to love this place growing up and going there now.. wow.. the bathrooms need a lot of work and the food isn't awful price but it's cold and the drinks are warm. I hope they get better

Great people, the pets are well taken care of by the volunteers. I adopted a cat formerly known as Jerry, he's a fierce hunter and a good cuddler.

Small cinemas, excellent seats, great popcorn and surprisingly always first run films. We love it!!

Ahh, the Northumberland mall. What was once the "happening" place in Cobourg, the staple and highlight of any young teens weekend is now sadly a near empty ghost mall like so many others. It saddens me to give this rating, and it's probably generous with no food court and all... Just a strip mall hiding in a fancy building.

Suzanne was great to talk with. She helped me out and was very patient in the process of getting my tax refund going in the right direction. I very happy with her help. I will call on her again as she knows what she is doing. It was a pleasure connecting with her. Thanks, Stephen Hickey

Wonderful theatre, ushers so helpful, guided us to our seat by flashlight. Never had that happen in Toronto.

No new milage sticker put in ny carafter the oul change. Why as told it was going to be a half hour ended up being an hr because the technican felt he needed to show his buddy a YouTube video and chat while my car was on the hoist.Left my cover plate half off and hanging on my car, ended up damaging because i didnt notice till i heard it scrapping on the road, went to get them to put it up correctly was told it was going to be an hour till they could even look at it. Will never use again completely unsatisfied.
