the guy behind the desk, old guy, Feroz i think his name is - is extremely rude. I was sitting in the waiting area, and its disgraceful how he talks to customers. People coming in who are very nice hes rude to for no reason. I heard him telling 1 customer so proudly that he was rude to the mayor of Brampton.... not sure what caused him to be like this, maybe he was abused as a child? not sure, anyways, never returning to this shop again. there are much better options out there!
