Booked Uhaul trailer to haul stuff out to Alberta. ABC towing was depot where I scheduled pick up. Staff called to confirm pickup the day ahead of the scheduled time. When I arrived to pick up trailer, staff helped connect it to my truck and were friendly - no problems. Completing the expedited info form when booking the trailer online does help speed things up (all info, drivers license, etc is punched in ahead of time). Staff were knowledgeable and willing to help. The only think I found was a tire low on air when I arrived to start loading it up. All else was good.

Great guys. Don't expect a show room. They went out of their way to help my family in a bind. We broke down on a Friday afternoon, and no other companies in Brandon wanted to tow us in. They did it, and repaired the van, they also went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Again, don't expect a show room, it's a shop, not a car lot. I would easily trust these guys for other repairs.

Always courteous and helpful whenever needed, I have had to speak with them regarding loud neighbors on several occasions, and once regarding a recent domestic despuit when I did not feel safe. Anyone else who feels otherwise, probably either isn't exactly a law-abiding citizen, or is having a bad day. This is Manitoba, and people here do the best that they can with what they have. Sometimes it is not a lot, but those who work at the station work their hardest, and those who have little try their best. People who are angry over small traffic incidents tend to forget that.
