Excellent service I have ever had! Best auto shop in reddeer! The staff are very friendly and so helpful! Mechanic was personable and even showed me the problem with my vehicle! Best price , so if anyone needs there vehicle fixed in reddeer, take it to this shop !

If I can do a 0* rating I would. This rude little man wouldn't give me an estimate over the phone to get my car stuck in snow in my parking spot. I waited for an hour for him to come and he slams me for a $150 bill to pull my car 2 meters in 5 mins. He said that is what everybody is charging which in hindgoogle found was a BIG FAT LIE. Me being an idiot and in a bind said I would pay. Take my word for, go elsewhere, fast!

Stranded 44km North of Red Deer on hwy 2. My F150’s rear u-joint and rear differential decided they were no longer friends. A wonderful lady picked up my family and I and was amazing, she went out of her way to help us find a hotel for the night. We are from out of town, so in such a stressful situation she helped us in our time of need. If you don’t use this service, you are crazy.

Stephan in sales was amazingly helpful. Even though I wanted a new truck I ultimately chose this wasn’t the right moment. Yet, I badly wanted it to be! He was very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Even when I pulled the brake line and decided I needed to wait a little longer, he was still very polite and professional. But, he has guaranteed that when I’m ready to buy, Red Deer Toyota is where I will go and Stephan is the guy I will ask for. Good job!

Thank you Craig for all his help for my son first vehicle purchase. We are from Edmonton and he did all trade in value apprasied via email and arrange financing by Stephenie, all paper work prepared in advance before we drove down to Red Deer. The processing time in the shop is much faster than I expected. My son is super happy with his car and service provided by Craig and Stephenie. I’m planning to buy a brand new Tahoe in couple years, I’ll definitely check with them first, it’s worth to drive 1 1/5 hr if I can get a 5 stars service.
