Towing

Dennis is awesome. He hauled my 1969 Beaumont to a muffler shop and had him pick it up a few days later. He was very prompt and courteous. I felt at ease having him haul my baby. He’s a very carefully driver and really respects his customers and cars. He also hauled my fathers 1954 VW restored beetle. We are extremely pleased with #9Towing and I’ll recommend him to everyone I know. He’s quick and very affordable. Thanks for making my life easier Dennis!

Horrible customer service. Not even worth the one star. They told me they were coming at 630 on a Friday, called at 7 they stated they would come the next morning at 10am. They never showed, called at 1130am they told me they were on the way. They never showed. Called back at 1215 he answered stated he would call his boss and call me back, never called back. They then ignored my phone calls my husband then called and the guy asked for my address and then hung the phone up. They say they provide excellent customer service and friendly my a$$. Thanks for wasting my time. DO NOT RELY ON THIS COMPANY, WHAT A JOKE.

Completely idiotic driver with absolutely zero disregard for others safety, jumps in front of me while I’m going 60 and he’s coming from a dead stop proceeds to shoot across 3 lanes making several others jam on their brakes. Could only imagine how these goofs handle vehicles save the headache and potential for damage from these idiotic moves while driving.

We had a terrifying time towing our travel trailer home to Wetaskiwin just north of Ponoka when the bolts off 1 tire sheared off. Our home town Tonys Towing said they couldn't haul it or help us and after calling many places the person at Popows who also couldn't help due to being too busy was the only one to offer us advice on how to secure the axle and limp home saving us $500 towing bill from Red Deer (only available option) Thank you for your help! We will recommend you!
