Google said we were 5 min. from Cliff's Towing, yet we were strung along with false timelines for a 2 hour wait, and mislead on the price, all for a 10 minute easy tow into Leduc. By reading the other reviews, a 2 hour wait sounds like the norm for this company. And zero people skills... do they realize they're not the only choice in town?

Great experience today with Jay’s Towing. Our vehicle broke down 2 hours out of Edmonton and we were stranded in Mannville for hours. After calling many tow trucks, and none of them willing to pick us up, Jay’s Towing did all they could in order to get us to Edmonton safely with our vehicle. Shane (our driver) was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to and over all made the experience very comfortable. We had a very stressful day and were extremely thankful that we had a driver like Shane to cheer us up!!

My car stopped working and needed a tow. Since my car is a AWD vehicle needed a flat deck. Jay is a fantastic guy and hard working. I asked him to do a tow in the morning of Sunday and he did not hesitate at all. Very straight forward service and quick. I also shopped around for prices and his was best. Very satisfied.

Sunday morning someone has attempted to break into my car. Alarm killed the battery. Quick phone call and within a half hour an employee named Gabe arrived and had me inside my car!! Friendly and quick. Excellent service

I booked a flat bed truck one day before I had to move my car. The next day I was waiting at my car and the truck driver didn’t show, so I phoned dispatch and they didn’t even book it. So I re-booked one. The time they were suppose to show was 3-4. He didn’t get there until 6pm. The car only had to go 11km. They charged me $157. If you value your time and money don’t use these guys. I have used other tow companies and the cost was half that and they showed up on time. If I like give 0 stars or less I would.
